Original food truck and not americanized. This is what a…read morefood truck is all about and no need to pimp out a food truck and sell over price food. Finally had the chance to stop and try it out. It is located near Franz R's. Off fry across from katy budget books. Their tacos start at $1.75 on corn tortilla or $2 for flour tortilla (and their tortillas are home made) They have plenty of options of meat and even are open for breakfast. They also have flavored Aqua's( juices) that are home made as well. The two people operating the food truck are very nice and give great customer service. People paying $4 for a taco "your getting ripped off". They have seating outside to enjoy your food as your watch all the crazy drivers pass by. Seriously people on fry, RELAX. They also have deserts. I was very pleased with my food. Bought 6 tacos and 2 Aqua's. Was that GOOD!!!!!

I'm really disappointed with the filet mignon I purchased. What should be a smooth, uniform,…read morecenter-cut filet came out looking uneven, shredded, and poorly trimmed. The pieces were inconsistent in shape and thickness, and you can clearly see ragged knife work and excess connective tissue that shouldn't be there in a premium cut. A true filet should be clean, round, and tightly trimmed, but these looked more like end scraps pressed together rather than proper medallions. For the price of filet mignon, I expect professional butchering--not rough cuts that cook unevenly. Definitely not the quality I paid for, and I won't be purchasing this cut from here again.

But this time I came I noticed they added Topo Chico, how nice. They also asked me how the lemonade (lime agua fresca) is, if it needs more sugar or less. I like that the pay attention to their customers and ask for feedback for improvement My favorite item so far is the burrito, I don't eat burritos but this place changed that. The ingredients are so fresh! And they don't skip out of the fresh avocado. It was so good I ate the whole thing! You heard me, the whole burrito. I didn't think it was possible for me haha But from the meat, to the beans, down to the rice! The rice was really good, I think that's why I like this burrito so much Another favorite of ours is the quesadilla. My sisters love the quesadillas here. It's not too far from her school so she's been asking for me to drop her off lunch from here. If you have kids that go to school near the area, I recommend taking your kids some food from this taco truck. Plenty of parking space and seating. Ordering is very easy, they take cash and card. Once you pay, they hand you a little buzzer that beeps once your order is ready. It's very well organized A lot of their food looks good! Can't wait to try their other items
