The remaining baked goods, quiches, and hand pies looked appealing, though the prices ranged from $4-$10, which seemed a bit high. I opted for a carrot cake muffin. It was good--solid in flavor and texture--but I'm not sure it justified the $5 price tag. My friend ordered a flat white and described it as decent but unremarkable. The shop itself is quite small, and the layout wasn't the most intuitive. It wasn't clear where the line started, and since they preferred to keep the queue from spilling into the building lobby, customers were crammed into a tight space. Parking was another challenge, as most of it was limited to street parking. Overall, while the experience had its highlights, and probably would've been better maybe not on a holiday.

To summarize a long story of my experience working with Rachel, she is inconsistent and incomplete with her follow through, her actions show a reluctance to support customer complaints, she has terrible customer service skills, she has an inability to accept fault, and in the end, basically gave poor advice on which carpet to choose (because had she given me the right direction for a carpet that met the needs of my home with dogs and traffic, my carpet wouldn't look like it's been shredded within 2 years of install).
