After looking at all of the toilets, the Detroit Furnace plumber stated that there was not an issue. Before the plumber left, I was able to replicate the issue. The plumber then stated that it could be caused by a number of things, all of which were not covered by DTE's Home Protection Plan, however for $375 he would start by snaking out one of the toilets to see if that was the problem. Believing this to be a scam, i.e. the plumber stated that he wasn't sure of the problem but would charge $375 to initiate a possible solution, I refused. Due to my extreme dissatisfaction with Detroit Furnace, the Home Protection Plan honored my request and sent out another company. The plumber from the other company was professional and very knowledgeable. This other plumber was able to immediately diagnose and resolve the issue, which was covered by my plan.
