We try to always use the app because we personally feel like it gives them a break to make our order 1st my teenagers standing in line and not to over whelm them. But that is not the case they rolls there eyes, flat out just look at us annoyed even sigh when I walk in alone or with my family. Many comments have been made they hate to see us coming. The final straw was I pulled in to order and I said hope you're having a great day and the comment was I was until we saw you pulling in! I only had myself and the toddler and one of my teenagers with me that day. The drinks are never made the same either I can order the same thing x2 and they aren't any close to each other at all.
