Dustin, the manager, was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright useless. He kept giving us the runaround, refusing to provide any updates on the repair status, and constantly dodging our questions. The mower sat at this business for 4 moths waiting for it to be repaired. Initially, Dustin told us the engine had been replaced, so we thought our issues might be resolved. However, when we got the mower back, it was still riddled with problems -- specifically, black smoke was still billowing from the exhaust. We returned it, expecting a proper fix, but Dustin never kept us informed or gave us any updates. After weeks of silence, we finally had to make a call ourselves, only to be told by Dustin that the mower was "fixed." When we went to pick it up the second time, we were shocked to find the same problems persisted. The mower is still under warranty, yet the service we received was nothing short of a nightmare. Dustin's lack of communication, incompetence, and the repeated failure to fix the mower have left us completely frustrated. I would strongly advise avoiding this Wilhite Trailer Sale in Opelika, Alabama at all costs -- their incompetence has cost us time, money, and patience.

I spoke with a lady in a Elkhart Indiana and she said the probable reason I got the camper so cheap because it was a "factory second" from the factory or damaged. She said the brand I got was known for poor quality campers. Buyer Beware from this company *****Please Note, First off their new business name is Ashley Outdoors. Per the business owner stating this is a SCAM review, this is note. What the owner won't tell you is that when they were contacted (via a email regarding a warranty issue, I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
