See below- people sleeping in there still weirds me out. Original review: I live close by, and I've been to this location a multitude of times. Most of the time when I go here, it's all self serve. Self-serve copying, self serve computer stations, so I don't very often interact with those behind the counter. When I have interacted with those behind the counter, my service has been pretty good. I had to get a report bound for school, and that was handled very well. However, The last few times I have been there, I'm afraid they are allowing some shady behavior in the computer section. The last couple of times I have gone back to use the computer stations, people have literally been sleeping at the stations. It's almost as though they are allowing vagrants off the street to come in and crash. It's getting kinda shady. If it happens again I'm going to have to tell someone at the store.

I was shopping for two unusual items and their assistance resulted in my purchasing. This store has figured out that if a customer walks in the door, they likely are looking for something to purchase. They also look at what the customer is doing. If wandering around, as I was, they probably need assistance. I'm impressed with how this Office Depot store has adjusted their internal operations to compete with online shopping. Customer service and immediate availability is the competitive advantage for physical stores.

When I picked up the orders the line was not really long however, there were enough customers there that called for another employee to help but the female was working by herself. I paid $1.30 online for the two copies (thicker paper was used) so I did not have to pay when I went in there. I don't get copies made enough nor have I had anything specialized to know how they would do professionally.

I wanted matching family shirts but I needed them like in 2 days (yes, I waited to the last minute... don't judge me!), and didn't want to spend a literal arm and leg to get them. This company came through big time. I talked to her over the phone about what I was looking for and she sent me some designs to consider. I picked one (added my own custom tweak to it), chose the colors I wanted and sent her the list of names for the back. Two days later, the shirts were IN HAND and cheaper than had I used a local company. I have to say... I originally had reservations about using a company all the way in Alabama (I live in Los Angeles) but I'm glad I did!!! She kept me updated every step of the way. I was able to use my credit card over the phone and she sent the shirts via Next Day air. They turned out SUPER cute! And at Disneyland, people kept stopping us to give us compliments. Even the Disneyland staffers were amazed that she was able to find and use the Disney font!! If I ever need anything printed again, I won't hesitate to use this company! And I think you should too!!
