I highly recommend trying the carnitas, they are perfectly cooked, juicy and tender, and sandwiched into a tortilla with one of their in-house salsas... Oh my goodness... perfection! (Only on weekends) The bread here is so fresh, and not to mention is aesthetically pleasing. It's all uniformly laid out in the cabinets with glass doors, well made, plush, and clearly made with quality ingredients. I also enjoyed some of their, "arroz con leche", and let me tell you... unbelievable. It's crazy how good the treat is. I only bought one, and we ended up trying to out-spoon each other it was so good! Lol Did I mention they keep one of the cleanest shops I have ever been to? Having a culinary background, I know how time consuming it can be to keep a shop/restaurant clean while keeping all other elements of your location tip-top. I applaud these guys for their hard work and commitment. Finally, the folks that run this place have to be some of the nicest, most genuine people I have met. They are hard-working, friendly, and just all around amazing. We felt very comfortable looking around and asking questions about different items. I highly recommend you visit here soon, high quality treats and bread, as well as an amazing team.

This year we tried to order the same size but were convinced it would be too small. It wasn't. We wasted half of the cake and it was thrown out. I shouldn't have listened to the lady upselling me and going against my better judgement. The cake was just a centerpiece because we had 50 gourmet cupcakes on towers ordered from another shop. However, the taste was good and the decoration was exactly how my daughter wanted it. The daughter of the owner is extremely kind, I can't say the same for some of the employees who answer the phone; basic manners and customer service are significantly lacking. I don't think I'll be back because the price has gone up significantly. I can get a gourmet, beautifully decorated cake from a European bakery for less.

And if you're worried about gluten free options, do note that many of the stuff put out as gluten free has either been labeled incorrectly or has cross contamination (I have seen them touching other baked goods that were not GF).
