I think the whole thing took me about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, which is pretty good for the size (around 3x6 inches). Final price came out to be 150 euro, but I decided to add some tip even though it's not customary in Europe. Overall good experience and good vibes in the shop

Nestled in the heart of Rome, this tattoo studio immediately stood out to me. From the moment I…read morewalked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and welcoming the space was. The professionalism is top-tier, and there's a great sense of energy and collaboration between the artists. I was a walk-in during my trip, so I wasn't sure if they'd have the availability to fit me in. Thankfully, they were able to make time for my piece and were incredibly attentive to my idea. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they create and take pride in giving each client something personal and meaningful. Elizabeth at the front desk was also wonderful. She was friendly and helpful throughout the process, from getting me scheduled to showing me the artists' work and explaining what to expect. Overall, I had a great experience and couldn't be happier with how everything came together. It's easy to see why this place has such a strong reputation, and I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Rome for another piece. Grazie mille!

!!BRING CASH PAYMENT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARD!!…read more This place was an experience I can barely put into words. We messaged them through Yelp and got an appointment for the same day (I have a feeling they do a lot of spontaneous tourist appointments). The girl at the front desk was working on her own tattoo designs and ushered us into a comfortable and well-decorated waiting room. They have an €80 minimum and I got my first tattoo (approximately 3" across) for €100 (way cheaper than back in the States!) plus tip (which I know isn't as much of a thing here but seemed appropriate considering the circumstances) and a more experienced friend of mine got hers (5"?) with shading for €130. The shop was clean and hundreds of designs were displayed on the walls. If you aren't getting tattooed they ask that you stay in the front area but will allow one guest for the person getting a tattoo. But the artist- MATTEL- was just fantastic. He was professional but also acted as a friend- he spoke less English than the girl at the counter but was so helpful and reassuring and held excellent conversation. They were absolutely blasting some classic rock in the back which was appreciated and a good distraction to be honest. They sell the tattoo soap and cream in the store for a little extra and included some fun stickers. However, THEY ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT IN CASH!!! Bring it ahead of time or the girl at the front will walk with you to the nearest ATM to watch you withdraw it. Overall an irreplaceable experience- I'm very pleased.
