We wanted to get Roman numerals of our wedding date so where better to do that than in Rome on our honeymoon! Gino could not have been more professional. His studio was so cool and very clean. He took great care with my husband and I. Even though he did not speak English we both used google translate to express exactly what we wanted and the tattoos came out perfectly. Afterward, we asked him for a good place to eat and he even walked us to the restaurant! Absolutely awesome guy. If you're ever in Rome and would like to get a tattoo, definitely go to him.

Avoid at all costs!!!…read more After getting a terrible tattoo from Ale (bald guy that apparently doesnt exist at that shop based on his answer to a bad review on google) I ended up doing more research on the guy. The guy is NOT a tattoo artist, he invites artists to his shop to do the tattoos. Hes a body piercer and apparently a local actor. THE GUY ENDED UP TATTOOING ME ANYWAY! Uneven lines, lettering size all different, spacing is weird. Looks as if he rubbed the stencil off and decided to just freehand it. Seems to me like he didnt have an artist available so he decided to do it himself just to make some money, not caring about the customers at all. Very unprofessional. Fingers crossed he didnt go deep enough and it heals faded so I can go to an ACTUAL artist to do it, or so I can laser it off easily. He even responded to every single bad review on google saying that hes being targeted by fake and fraudulent reviews, and got them to deny any new reviews. (I think thats why its still a 4.9 star) Before he can say its a fake review, and hes being targeted, I attached some photos Pic 1 - The 'non existent' bald man doing the stencil Pic 2 - The tattoo I wanted / The stencil he made Pic 3 - The tattoo I got Pic 4 - A google search on the bald man that gave me this tattoo Pic 5 - An autobiography he gave me with the shop name and his name (guy needs an ego check) Pic 6 - My review on google being denied

The owner, Gabrielle, was very welcoming and accommodating. He took care of the piercings himself, and he and one of the girls working that day helped me pick out the right size hoops. One thing I absolutely have to mention is that the shop only had one of the 12 gauge hoops I needed, so Gabrielle gave me a 14 to wear in the hole until the 12 arrives at no extra charge. I was in and out of the studio in less than half an hour and couldn't have asked for better service (keep in mind that this was August, when most shops in Rome are closed.) If you need some work done while you're in Rome, hit these guys up.
