I unfortunately was unable to find one key ingredient (gochugaru) and so I put my kimchi fermentation dreams on hold. I could've asked around instead I was overwhelmed and gave up. I did grab the viral Japanese fruit ice cream (peach & mango) and well...they were good but I guess I was expecting something more intense. It didn't quite live up to the hype or the $5.99/ea price tag. My friend got the biscoff Dubai chocolate. We should've taken our time but instead we ate too much sugar too quickly and the outcome was not positive.
