This is a good place for a quick lunch. The service is good, food is ok and prices are fair. Nothing fancy or out of this world. If you are looking for a quick Mexican lunch this is a nice place.

cuando ordene me dijieron de 15 a 20 minutos y mi orden duro mas de 40 minutos no lo recomiendo para nada mienten con el tiempo de duracion

Ordered take out and overall the meal was just okay. We ordered a 3 taco plate with rice and beans and a taco salad. The portion sizes were decent. I thought the taco plate was better than the salad. There was plenty of filling in the salad, but it was a bit bland and could have used more salsa. The shell also seemed a bit over done as well. It also came with some chips and salsa.

Just ordered lunch from this place, got the Al Chile burrito which is the bean burrito. Needless to say, this is not a bean burrito, and it doesn't smell great.

Plenty food to take home I'm stuffed

This was our second visit since Al Chile' opened. Each visit was on TACO TUESDAY because who doesn't want $2 tacos?! First visit I had the pastor tacos & a margarita. The margarita was delicious. Tacos are on the spicy side, so if you don't like that type of thing, I'd steer clear. Our second visit, I had the carne asade & shrimp tacos ($2.50 but who cares) - both were great & the sauce on the shrimp tacos makes my mouth water just thinking about it. 3 stars because the tacos are awfully small - even for $2. Oh, by the way, it is tucked into a strip mall a few doors down from Q-Bar.

This is the shrimp ceviche! It was very fresh and delicious!!

The restaurant was clean, very nice and simple decor, perfect menu, and the manager/waitress was wonderful! Everybody needs to try this authentic Mexican restaurant!

Carne a la tampiqueña was good, meat was tender and cooked just right. Their mole sauce was good as well(not on the sweet side at all), which is perfect for me. Enchiladas de pollo con mole were good, the chicken was juicy. Steak tacos are good. The chicken with tostadas were another hit, a tomato sauce base not like a tinga but still good. The mezcalito drink was great. Also, the Paloma madre was good. I did see fortaleza on the bar wall!!! Over all a great place to stop by when you're at or in the burr ridge area. I am excited to go back and try the ceviche and pulpo.

I went back and forth on four or five stars on this visually and acoustically vibrant, fun, lively cantina alto vibe setting--its new location. I at first suffered sticker shock--no way was I paying supper club prices just for a Mexi-riche sheen! I ate at this place at its previous location just up the street minus the designer packaging, and though ok, that experience did not justify the prices I was seeing on this new menu. I may have been a bit hasty though. They not only stepped up their visual/environment game, but their food game as well--at least on this visit. My aperitivo was a frozen mango and rum to enjoy with crisp chips and three types of salsa. The main dishes were deliciosísimo. Yes, you will pay several more pesos (which is still a bit of a sore spot); however, the portions are more than ample-enough for two. Our server was attentive, polite, efficient, and very pleasant. Despite the higher prices, the overall experience was a very good one--I feel I got my money's worth as the saying goes--I landed on five stars this go around.

The parking lot was empty walked in and we were greeted right away, would you like a table, booth or a spot at the bar? For the three of us we ordered up two coronas and a tequila sunrise. We looked over the menu and ordered up our choices, pork enchiladas, chicken fajita and a shrimp cocktail. For a Sunday evening I expected more customers. The bar had six customers and we were the only other customers. The pork enchiladas were fine but just ok. The shrimp cocktail for the price was ok too. The chicken fajita was nice too, but some chicken strips stayed a little too long on the grill.
