Our closing was on time and we were very pleased with the site supervisor and the gentleman that has handled our final walk through and any issues to date. Marz unfortunately forgot our transom windows in our great room. In lieu of the error that cannot be fixed (due to brick already placed and just too much work to tear down a structural wall now), they have returned a Cheque to us for the amount and offered to upgrade something else in our home to show their sincerest apologies. You always hear negative things about builders and it is so refreshing to have had a good experience. Usually people only post negative things! I would recommend Marz to others looking to buy new builds.

Truly disappointed and disgusted they would leave a client like this. Almost no communication once…read morethey received the deposit. Was promised samples delivered to us several times. Did not receive anything, had to beg for a sample, finally sent me two samples via picture a month after he said he was sending me them and acted like nothing happened or was wrong. Magnus promised a 4 week production, and fell way past that. We were very lenient with this and understanding as things happen. However we did not expect the end result. We then paid for a delivery service from another company as $1200 is ridiculous considering how much we paid for the items, and when we received the product and we were in complete shock. We waited so long that I was unable to make it to his shop to view the products. We trusted him based off his portfolio and Instagram to complete this scope of work, and we can't believe he sent these items out knowing they were incomplete. The millwork is beyond unprofessional and only half an inch deep on the interior. It is all chipped and crooked as well. It was supposed to be light weight cement drawer faces to match the rest of the piece. We paid $1000 for just the drawers itself and he didn't even get the number of drawers correct. I was unaware it was staying as wood, and wasn't even given a stain option if that was the case. None of the outlet boxes fit, let alone lead to anywhere. There are no cuts on the other sides of them.... Not sure how every single one was missed.... As the drawings were very straight forward and a call was had about these items. Now we just have holes in the face of both pieces for no reason. There is no logo in which he charged us as seen in the invoice line item. He texted me two days prior stating he was going to finish the logo before we picked up. And didn't say anything when he didn't do it. As well as the two pieces do not match. Both the table and reception desk are different colours. The table has seems all along it which are very visible in person. Both myself and the client have tried contacting him several times and not a single response has been given. We tried giving multiple chances to rectify these issues, and for $12,000.00 it is so unprofessional that we even have to chase him down. From calls, texts, and emails. Further action will be taken, just letting everyone know to be cautious when using this company.
