We recently had Ottawa key shop install three deadbolts in our home. When they first came to do the…read morejob, they thought we just needed locks re-keyed? Said it was our fault! We clearly stated we needed 3 new deadbolts. Had to reschedule because he didn't have the right parts. He tracked mud all through the house. Next time, when he came with all the deadbolts, he refused to remove his shoes, saying there was too much sawdust. I had to put a drop cloth down to protect the floor. After the job was done, he cleaned up a little, but we spent 15 minutes cleaning after he left because of all the sawdust he didn't cleanup. Overall, this company has a lot to work on! The locks work great, but I was unimpressed with everything else. Communication issues and real messy workers!!! Will never use them again, and I urge others to avoid them as well.
