And they don't know what part they need to fix your problem, until they see what the problem is, and which part is broken. On Spot knows what they are doing. Fair pricing, great service, and my snow blower has gone from being dead to being performing "almost like new" through the 20, 40, and 50 centimetres dumping of snow storm we've received in Toronto this season..
