During our first meeting, Marianne took the time to get to know us and our personalities. She wanted to understand what we valued in a home and helped us refine our search according to our budget, ideal lifestyle, and location. We searched far and wide, starting from Los Angeles and eventually finding our home in San Diego. That being said, Marianne goes the extra mile for her clients. Marianne truly treated us like family and looked out for our overall happiness. She was always patient with us - and never once pressured us into putting an offer on a house that we wouldn't be satisfied with. Not only is Marianne diligent in the search for finding the right home, she's also advocates for her clients by creating organized offers that stand out to selling agents. I was extremely impressed by her offer presentation and professionalism. We strongly recommend working with Marianne!

Michelle is not just a realtor, she knows her homes and has so much knowledge for first time buyers and any buyers /sellers. We consider her family now and would recommend her to everyone. She cares, not like those other realtors that want to get you into a house to cash their commission check and not listen to your wants or budget. Search no more, she's the right fit for you.

Sadly, my mom passed away shortly after we had signed up with Marcel (April '22) and his property management company to manage my mom's home while we rented it out. Turned out Marcel would be able to become our realtor and help my sister and I go thru the arduous process of selling our mom's house in mid May. Marcel and his team did a quick market analysis of her house (within her neighborhood) and established an excellent and fair asking price of her home. Needless to say, we officially closed escrow today. That's simply because of Marcel's excellent team and vetting process to find a qualified buyer. Here's the real kicker, I found Old Newport Realty and read their many positive ratings on YELP. That said, you know of anyone looking for a great property management company (or realtor) Marcel Ford is your man.
