BEWARE! Avoid doing business with Enzo Concrete and Strat Karanastasis. Lies and unethical business…read morepractices. He charged $2,500 for a 6" coloured border on a stamped concrete patio and walkway that faded away after only a couple of months. He tried to argue that he never guaranteed how long the colour would last. I had to sue after years of excuses and run-around. Also, expansion foam was installed on only one side of the house, but forgotten on the other, so a huge crack formed soon after.

I…read morewant to share my experience with Enzo Concrete, 243 Ferndale Ave London I agreed to the quote provided by Strat at Enzo on March 30 2019 and paid the deposit of $1,250. I want to explain that the only time Strat showed up at my place was to collect this deposit. Strat stated that I would be the first on his job list in the spring of 2019 however as he claimed with the rain he could not get out to do the concrete on my patio. On June 9 when I phoned him he stated he would be out to do the work the following Monday or Friday June 10 or 14, he never showed. June 14 I called, again he stated he would be out June 18 or 19 and again no show. June 18 when I challenged him on all of his broken promises he offered to return the deposit however like a fool I declined hoping he would do the job. On June 27 I asked for the deposit back he replied " technically he does not have to return the deposit" At this point I realized that he had no intention of ever doing the work he had my deposit. July 3 his workers showed up. Now this job has two parts one backyard patio and one front patio. Interlocking bricks had to be removed on each patio the workers did the rear and not the front. I questioned Strat on this he said he knew about this and no further explanation. He said workers would be out the following day and again no show. At this point I got the impression he is a Pathological Liar. I just texted him today July 11 terminating the agreement, he replied "OK" I now know he had no intention of ever doing the work promised. His workers left my backyard patio in a mess and in fact stacked the bricks on one of the lawn sprinklers so it is most likely broken These are the facts you decided if this is the type of individual you would like to do business with. #enzoconcrete #bbb #londonon
