When I came in to place a deposit, I was told they made a mistake and I agreed to the extra $600 they wanted. Placed a $2,000 deposit on my credit card on April 30th. In the first week of May, I was told they don't have anyone to come out and create a template by the 9th. When I came back from my trip on the 16th, I received more excuses. Was also told that they mainly focus on laminate countertops but when I kept going back there to find out when someone will come out, they have been helping other people select quartz countertops. Almost 4 weeks since my deposit, I went in to get a refund on my credit card. A few days later they wrote me a cheque for the full amount. At one point they told me to go back to The Top Shop which quoted me 7k about for the same job. I can only suspect why they didn't want to do the job but stalling and wasting my time just to avoid telling me the truth is not right.
