Their business hours are inconsistent as well--I called at 11:30 a.m. and no one was there, called again at 2 p.m. and they were open, but when I arrived at 4 p.m. to pick up my order, the shop was already closed. My order was left outside in the front of the business on a busy street. When they cashed me to confirm if I picked it up I took the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the shoddy work, and all the guy said was they did their best and rushed to hang up. On top of that, I was charged over $30 for a basic white Gildan 3X T-shirt with a one-color, text-only print on one side, which feels overpriced given the quality. Overall, highly disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

I would never recommend this place!!! My husband has been a…read moreloyal customer of Blue Line Uniforms for years and has referred countless colleagues to this store. Sadly, after this experience, we'll never do business here again. My son dropped off two brand-new uniform shirts to have one patch sewn onto each. We were charged $76. After another uniform store quoted about $5 per shirt for the same work, I called simply to ask about the pricing and whether any adjustment could be made. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Gary refused any refund or adjustment, the conversation became confrontational, and after I said I would never return, I was told I could find my shirts "in the middle of the street." I was forced to involve the Rahway Police Department just to retrieve our property. When I arrived, I was yelled at, was kicked out of the store, and informed that I was no longer welcome. The only resolution offered was store credit. To make matters worse, when we got home we discovered that both brand-new shirts were missing the exact same two middle front buttons. They were not missing when they were dropped off. I cannot say when or how it happened, but finding identical damage on both shirts only added to an already unacceptable experience. Charging whatever price you choose is one thing. Treating loyal customers with disrespect and hostility is another. I cannot recommend Blue Line Uniforms to anyone.

I had no idea what he was talking about until I inspected the clothing. Terrible customer service, rude and arrogant. I strongly recommend that you explore other options for your dry cleaning needs.

The blue in the rainbow gets covered by the purple, and the arc in the rainbow got smooshed. I know I had a detailed design, which was my error, but I wish it could've looked more like the proof. Heads up for any newbies like me: it took about a week to get a digital design proof, and then another 4 days for it to be complete. Not complaining; just stating the timeline! Comms via email were very timely and I found them informative on the process of embroidery (stitches, colors, etc). Next time I won't choose such a complicated design, but I'm glad they were able to pull it off!

Purchased 3 shirts Get It While It's Hot, Rusty Anchor, Butter Queen via Etsy…read more Butter Queen (which by design had two blocks missing from the banner on butter queen and looked like a big mistake, my fault for not catching that) and Get it While Its Hot both had flaws in the printing. A blotch in the BQ and pretty noticeable crease in the Get While Shirts. I contacted the shop and this the response. 'We can do a reprint or a partial refund, but I would say to keep in mind that these are hand printed and not always 100% especially with printing on dark colors,' So pretty much a crap shoot if you order a dark t-shirt and want a proper product. That was on the 12th and since I needed them for an event, requested refund and yet to hear back. $60 for 3 shirts, two flawed. I'd never do business if you have to rely on lighter colors of fabric to get a correct product. pfff
