I first spoke with Levon on August 10th and informed him of exactly what I was looking for. Levon designed the exact system I was looking for and was available day and night to answer all of the questions we had regarding changes and updates to the system. Levon was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and emailed us during every step of the process. Our system was installed on September 7th and would have been earlier if it wasn't for us delaying the project being out of town and not getting the documents back to Levon sooner. Overall even with the delays the system was installed less than 30 days after contacting Levon. The install was very smooth and the foreman for the install project explained the entire process that morning and what the next steps would be. Again everything that was explained was exactly how the process went to the very last detail. The solar inspection from the city was on September 16th and we received PTO on September 20th. Our system has been operating for almost two months now I don't have one complaint about except I wish I would've call Levon at Solar Shoppers from the beginning. If you are looking to get solar for your home I would definitely recommend getting a quote form Solar Shoppers. Playing their music so loud it distracts from us watching our own tv. They've also recently placed yet another very bright floodlight on the back of their house, so I've had to place 8' tall sheets of black privacy screen because the light is so bright it leaks into our kitchen window, and if you're standing in just the right spot, you can get blinded by it. I sure hope this guy treats his customers better than his neighbors! He has no respect. I've called the cops on em several times because if I don't, they'll go til 3am!! VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL.
