His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and it reflects great credit upon your organization. Prior to signing the multi year contract, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Went…read moreabove and beyond. Really made a positive impression. Immediately after signing the contract (and I mean literally, *immediately* after) there was a dramatic switch. We were locked in and they knew it. Caveat emptor. The three years of coverage was periodically marked by technical issues that were a pain to coordinate and resolve. Our outdoor storage shed got burgled a couple of times and interacting with True Protection I just remember having the sense that they did not GAF, to be blunt. The alarm system, and monitoring was a nuisance and source of stress. You will be better served with a DIY solution from Best Buy that does not rely on locking yourself in to these contracts. It is incredibly rare for me to bother giving a negative review. I try to review small businesses I interact with who do great work. When I saw the email soliciting reviews in my inbox, I was kinda shocked. Looking at all the glowing reviews, I found myself agreeing with another reviewer who thought this was deluged with friends and family pumping the numbers. It's just hard for me to imagine a company that consistently delivered such a poor customer experience for multiple years could have these glowing reviews. I I will say it again: prior to signing the contract they are amazing. After you sign it is all downhill. Beware.
