But to have the tech come was $109.00 unrefundable service fee. He was there, I needed water, so I said okay. I will never use them or recommend them again. Their name is appropriate, Advantage takes Advantage. I want Michigan pricing, not some National Average they dreamed up.

I was told I had to contact Maytag for warrantee service. Was given an appointment 2 weeks away. A repair person from G & G appliance came out and said parts needed to be ordered. Received a text from G & G a week later telling me parts were in and service was scheduled for Saturday. I had plans for that day and contacted G&G. Was on hold for over 25 minutes. Finally spoke to representative and was told Saturday was the only day for 3 weeks that someone could come, so take it or wait. So I had them come. On Sunday, I did a tub of wash and the machine sounded worse and worked worse than before. Maytag didn't seem to care, just saying they were sorry, but G&G appliances was the only repair company they used. I have now had 2 appointments canceled without them letting me know. Repair man showed up today and had to order numerous parts, so now I wait again. It has now been 2 and a half months and it still isn't fixed. NEVER BUY A MAYTAG!!!!!!!!!!

He is like the proverbial car mechanic who charges you for a repair he never did. Not recommended!! Stay away!!
