The only option for callers is to leave a voice mail message and your call will be returned in 24 hours. I have an option through Scripps to talk with a scheduler and set an appointment which is preferable. As I recall the procedure went fairly well 10 years ago with the doctor and procedure staff doing a good job and exhibiting a good bedside manner. However, if you can't schedule an appointment it doesn't really matter how good the provider is.

Most recently, we even received a past-due payment notice for a visit that never happened. This has been a very frustrating and unfair experience. Stay away from this place!
