They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. I feel that everyone makes mistakes from time to time and that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was left with a positive experience. I would recommend them to others.

She welcomes clear, two-way communication with her clients and is completely forthright and honest. I have a heavy-shedding dog, so my home is a challenge. Eryka's care and attention to detail in cleaning is fantastic. As as a human, she might very rarely overlook a small area (the the lower shelf of a side table, for example). But she honestly wants to know if that happens so she can make it right. While Wilkie Wonders Cleaning's prices are a bit higher than other personal cleaning services, Eryka often does more cleaning than is in her contract. With the quality of her services, her work ends up being of superior value. As a solopreneur who works out of my home, I love opening my office door to a house that seems like it's been magically, meticulously cleaned!

The first time it was a matter of not feeling well, which I can certainly understand. Even if it was last minute notice. The second time, I messaged her through Yelp to ask her to text me when she was going to be heading my way. the cleaner told me that she had her schedule for work changed, and could not make it and offered to come on the weekend again. I already told her that weekends were not good for us. What strikes me as disappointing the most is how long ago was she aware that her work schedule had changed? Was she just not going to show up at our appointed time? I respect the fact that she's working two jobs but I don't think this cleaning job is her priority. Therefore, I cannot talk about value because I never received her service.
