Quality is so very important to me, but it's much more than that here at Country Club Cleaners. Henry and Helen are by far the kindest people you'll ever meet at any cleaners. They genuinely cares about each person that comes into their shop. They want your clothes to look their best and even if something isn't perfect, they'll go above and beyond to make you whole. And I don't mean that like there's a ton of mistakes, I just want to point out their service is that great. Their prices are definitely competitive if not lower, right on par. Their turnaround time is great. If you need something quicker, just talk to them. If you haven't tried this place yet, give it a shot!

So I took a beautiful dress from J Crew years ago and when I picked it up the lady told me it got ruined and she didn't know why all the color bled through and I dos t even get an apology. So a month ago I took a pretty large order of men's shirts sweaters pants and two of my sweater dresses never checked my order when I picked it up, that was my fault but it turned out my dress was missing. I called the lockport location to ask if they might still have it there ir if someone returned it but again the lady was very unapologetic telling me j should have checked my order before I left the store... So I call the manager at the joliet location explained the situation praying that they can back track and maybe help recover my dress he said he would call the lockport location and get back to me and 2 weeks later no call or anything!!! This place light have good prices but they are very unprofessional and not sympathetic nor helpful when they screw up!!!

Leather Masters saved some expensive leather and suede bags that I thought were ruined forever by very bad cases of mold. I expected the bags to come back discolored in some way because they were in such poor condition----not true! I also sent some bags with usual wear for cleaning, and they came back soft, clean and dry. Prices were reasonable, in fact, lower than I expected for the very moldy bags which are both very large. Customer service was excellent! They phoned me when they rcvd my bags in the mail, gave me the prices, and took my credit card info over the phone. The bags were returned to me in a timely fashion, well packaged. Couldn't be happier!
