Everyone was very very friendly and didn't make me feel bad or uncomfortable for not seeing a dentist in a long time. I just went today and got a few fillings done and normally this would have been a very stress inducing situation for me but they made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything they were doing. The dentist I had was Dr.Wu and he was absolutely great! So friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely be recommending Pewaukee dental to all my friends and family! I just made the appointment, ofcourse I plan to be at my appointment! I could walk in and make an appointment in 5 days but now that the rude whispering receptionist who enjoyed canceling my appointment states I can't get rescheduled for 8 months!!! No appointments until 1/4/2025 atleast!!! THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! When I made appointment this confirming appointment the day before was not mentioned at all or I would have called before my Doctor's appointment! This is so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For mediocre care Sussex Family Dental is not worth your time and dental care. Dr. Caputo was able to see me this morning at 8:00. He was able to save the tooth and put on a temporary crown. Permant crown will be put on next week.
