I'm going to give them a strong three 3 stars . I visited this place 2x's before I decided to leave a review. The first impression left me uninspired. Customer service was great both times I visited. However, the second time I visited I ordered chicken wings. They hit the spot ... their fish was okay but those wings are really rather good. Check this out. This is what you should do. Go grab some food from here and then put it in the fridge before you go out for a night of clubbing or bar hopping. Then once you get home pull those wings out and heat them up. Tried for the first time the other day and food is good. My husband and I got wings and they were perfect and so good! Got food so fast and they even have a drive thru! Didn't go inside but outside seemed clean! Staff was nice and got everything correct on the order! Would recommend trying! read more

Don't order catfish with the bone in from this ignorant place. They're serving cheap Swai fish for catfish when I specifically asked for bone in catfish. Yeah, you tricked me this time and took my money but you won't trick Karma liar. read more

My original 5 stars has dropped bc of service. I still love the food but to be honest they need to stop taking call ins bc they don't make the order until you get there and pay. This has been the issue for the last 6-8 times I've been there and its aggravating especially when I ask on the phone if the order will be ready. So today hubby and I had a taste for some fried fish and the one closest on our way home was JJFish... what a mistake! We placed an order at a busted up DT order Speaker and waited 5min before the person ever answered, just to be jumped by someone, who they allowed to order at the window... So by 628p, we placed an order. 2pc whiting, 2 pc flounder, onion rings and 10pc Chicago Style MILD Considering we waited 28 min to get our food, I would at LEAST expect the food to be HOT. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD!!! 2pc flounder... what a joke. They were so small they added a 3rd pc. 2pc whiting... my child wouldn't get full from eating this pint sized portion Onion Rings burnt and super cold... we didn't even attempt to eat these Wings... smaller than American Deli asked to be fried hard, they were soggy, asked for lemon pepper sprinkles, got nothing... I'm at home taking a nap my mother comes homes and gives me some JJ's I'm eating my wings i get to the last one and their is a disgusting penny in my food. I then go on a rant for like 20 mins before calming down and the placed is closed for the night so I can't even go get a refund and I don't know what type of stuff you can catch from a dirty penny so now I am outraged. read more

Nope. Never again will I waste my time with this slow ass place. Me and a coworker went for the first time and was disappointed. We both ordered fish combos. I ordered a 3 piece flounder and he ordered a 2 piece whole catfish. We had to wait outside in the truck. When the attitude ass worker brought my food out it was a 2 piece tilapia, not flounder. I can eat tilapia at home. She took it back in then more time past. When we finally got our combos, I noticed we didn't have and slaw or hush puppies. Just fish and fries. By this point I was ready to go. I wish people would put more effort in whatever their job title is. Maybe they could move on in life. I will NEVER go back to this slum ass joint!!! read more

One of my favorite places to go the get whole fried wings and fried shrimp. I also like their fried rice as a choice of side instead of fries. Sometimes I get Shrimp Fried Rice. I also have tried their grilled Catfish which is pretty good too. Their Peach Punch is super!!! Sometimes the wait can be long but doesn't bother me too much, can be expected for great food. read more

I stopped here wanting a quick bite, and the hopes of promoting a business. I had the number 7 special. Two piece fish, six wings, fries and drink. So where do I start. Service was fine, but I never understand how a small business with so much competition doesn't do all they can to make the initial contact memorable. Something so simple at no cost but can cost a business more. The food. Not sure if Tilapia should have such a strong smell, this did. While you might come to expect from most wing/fish places to not differ this one missed the basics. The fish had no flavor, just fish smell the wings average and were to be garlic/honey were more just sweet runny sauce and not hint of garlic, fries were typical commercial fries frozen dump from bag in fryer, but under cooked. Overall I would pass before going there again. As I mentioned the wing/fish competition in the are is fierce, so I can find better use and better food for my money! read more

Place was amazing!!!!.....I ordered a fish plate with zucchini. Man when I tell you the owner is cool and staff is cool and down to earth. They always playing good music while you wait too. I phoned in an order at 6 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at about 6:15 pm. They don't start your call in order until you arrive. Why have call in? I paid for my order and waited. And I waited, for 45 minutes. Several people came in after me and ordered, received their food and I waited. I asked if my food was ready and the young lady enquired of the kitchen staff and she gave me a puzzled look. At this point I told the staff to keep the money and the food. Another example of customer no-service. We can't blame this on COVID. These people are incompetent. A horrible experience. read more

If I could give them 0 star that would be the first choice. Horrible service and just knowing that they have little stickers inside with " no returns" you can tell that they suck at customer service and everything in general. This place is ridiculous slow. By the way in any other area every time you buy a "wings combo" they suppose to give you a "free" dressing, this slow ass place charge you for every little dressing or any sauce. Never again! read more

I paid at the window and the cashier told me to pull up to receive my order. After 5 cars received their food after me i still haven't received my order. I waited over 30 minutes for just a sandwich and fries. Will not be coming back here again. Definitely do not recommend. The cashier was very rude and i had to walk in to get my food after i was told to pull up to receive it. read more

The fish was not fresh but the batter was good...party wings are very very tiny...coleslaw was a part of the combo but they didn't have any...didn't bother to tell us we had to ask....also I asked if I could substitute my fountain drink for a lemonade and pay the difference...they didn't allow that either even though my combo wasn't complete....smh read more

This place isn't right someone cooking the food thought that it was okay to give me over cooked food. The stuff was so rubbery well the first piece I wasn't going to dare eat anything else of it, but like I told the manager they don't want to give me my money back so I can try that again another time, but due to the way they treat their customers I sure! It wasn't my first time there, but it messed up my whole lunch so it will definitely be my last!!! I don't trust them anymore they replace the food so I could end up with something else wrong with the food like spitting in it or dropping it on the floor or anything.? I would just eat somewhere else if I were you all because I will not be treated like that. read more

Very poor customer service. The ladies at the drive through were very unprofessional. I was given one price at the drive through intercom, then given two different prices at the drive through window. I didn't receive a receipt, nor my change on top of waiting over 20 minutes. I'm glad the food is fresh, just disappointed with my experience. read more

I always come here to eat and usually it's a decent experience. But this particular time today the cashier "Nita " was very disrespectful when I was placing an order for my food she kept cutting me off saying " does that complete your order " " is that everything " YOU WOULD KNOW if my order was complete if you let me finish talking. I had a question about the fish and she said rudely " ma'am I just told you " first off that's not how you talk to people ! I pulled up to the window and asked " are you having a bad day ? She said " are you ?" And rolled her eyes and shut the drive thru window . Such a stinky attitude, stuck up , disgusting, rude , hideous . I literally inspected my sandwich like my life depended on it. It was actually hot and fresh. The service was fast. I didn't go inside just did the drive thru. It was good. But I wouldn't go back just. I hate I didnt look up score before ordering. I am finicky like that. Anything under a 90 I try to avoid eating.
