The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money! So include Grapevine PT in your choices of places to try to find the best fit for your needs, you'll probably end up choosing them for most or all of your care!

When I write that, RTS has the best of everything, it's from many experiences, with many places! Matt and Tina have several locations, however, Matt typically is at this location, most days. Not only does Matt do an incredible job, his team of physical therapist; Alex, Brandt and Bob are all exceptionally good at what they do! Kitty and Laura trade off managing the front desk, both do an excellent job! And they have a great group of assistants, to help with your therapy. They are located in a very attractive building, practically next-door to Dutch Bros on business 121 here in Grapevine. All the equipment looks as if it were new, as does the interior design. Windows on two sides create a very warm, bright and comfortable environment to rehab, whatever your condition is! I had a knee replacement earlier this year, and they did a wonderful job rehabbing it. Finish ahead of schedule! Recently, I had a total reverse shoulder replacement... And have been rehabbing it for about five weeks now! I cannot say enough positive things about these folks!
