The office staff is incredible - Dawn and Karin have been there longer than when I started going, and they are also incredibly kind and helpful and dedicated to this practice. This office really provides the personalized one-on-one care you hope for, and I'm grateful that I'm able to use my insurance there. The biggest difference in the treatment I receive here is it is mostly hands-on care to treat pain (cupping, dry needling, starting off by laying on large heated table, ultrasound therapy, etc), vs others have been focused on doing exercises the majority of the visit. I've had good experiences generally at those practices too, but never received any of the services I receive here at those places. Terry has shown me some things I can do at home to help, and your mileage may very with how your treatment is because he really does tailor to the individual's needs. There are also 3 other physical therapists there, but I've only ever seen Terry, but I'm sure just by being part of the team they are also great to see. As he has even put on his website, shop around because it's your body and your money!
