Manager Jessica was very helpful and informative, responsible and prompt in returning calls/emails, and kindly chatted about the process. Additionally, she was super nice. Price (to us) was very fair and we thought not expensive. Overall the level of fair price, professionalism, patience, timely responses have made us agree that we will only be using this company for any of our septic related needs, and will investigate other services they offer. We without hesitation we would recommend A-1 Sanitation!

He asked to see my phone and brought up the Mobile Link App to see the Generator, said that I had 10 yr warranty on parts labor and travel so I could scglhedule a service that would be covered under warranty. He also stated that there were two known issues with generac on wifi connections, one being faulty wifi card and the other was fixed with a firmware update. when the service tech arrived he was unable to connect to my wifi. the card would not even try. He unplugged the card waiting 5 min then plugged it back in, in other words did a hard reset. then the card attempted and after two attempts connected to the internet. when the tech connected Mobile Link and explained this and requested a warranty replacement, Generac denied to cover the card saying it connected its not bad. I was told to contact Mobile link as a customer and the representative I spoke to had an issue with having to reboot the card and said she could mail me out a new card, but she could not override the previous persons decision to not warranty the card so I would have to install it myself or pay to have it installed. the next day I recieved a bill from Rocky Mountain Power Systems for $509.00, for a service call that they said would be covered under my warranty. they didn't say might be covered, they said would be covered. that is bad business ethics and they take advantage of their customers. I wish I could leave a better review, but at the present time I cannot. I called the office and voiced my concerns and was told they would past my concern to the appropriate people, someone will be getting back to you. No one has gotten back to me and nothing has been corrected, they do still send me a bill.

As you could imagine, I was desperate especially with having littles in the house. They were the only ones able to come the next day even after they said they could not come until the following Monday. Everyone else was booked out 2-3 weeks. Now, I believe they work with A-1 sanitation, but they're a separate entity. Anyways, the front desk lady (I believe Cassie or Cassidy) was understanding and compassionate and very on top of things. The only thing I had a complaint about was that the guy with the pump truck said he'd get us to flush the toilets before he left to make sure they were working properly, which he did not, resulting in us thinking it was ready to use, but it ended up flooding the basement again. We ended up having to call them again after they left from pumping because it still wasn't working correctly, turns out the line was clogged as well, so they came back and got that cleared up too. Great company! Highly Recommend! Price was not outrageous either, especially for an emergency call! Thank you, Surefire!

Curtis, the owner/operator came out with a two man crew to get the work started - and they were on time ! They were able to get the job started earlier than originally scheduled which was nice since we did not have a functioning heater. They also loaned us some small electric heaters in the interim which was very helpful. His crew was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable (one with 10yrs, the other with 25yrs of experience, all with Denning SM). The job took 2.5 days including setting up a wi-fi thermostat. Curtis followed up the next day to set-up the wi-fi and verify that we were satisfied with the work. The Lennox system works great, it's very quiet and efficient and the wi-fi thermostat allows us to control the HVAC from our cell phones which is very cool. We highly recommend Denning Sheet Metal for your HVAC needs.

Mike and his service tax are fabulous. I can honestly say in 25 years. I cannot say one bad word about them anytime I needed help. I had a service tech to my place within a day or two. The service techs were always so great about explaining what they were doing and what we could do in the future to make sure that we didn't have problems which brings us to another issue. They just weren't any problems with our machine other than just after 20 years I needed to have needed a little part replaced and the Service tech was so kind to tell us that Culligan come out with a new machine that only regenerated when it needed to, and it wasn't on a time clock like our old one, and that saved us so much money! We loved our new colleague and machine and instead of using a bag or two a month. We were using one bag about every five months because our family was down to just me and my husband and not the kids anymore. I love Kalispell Culligan and we moved to Sanders County and we weren't able to use Kalispell colleague anymore.
