My home warranty let me know that the HVAC company would be able to fix our issue after completing "modifications" to our valves. These modifications were not covered by the warranty, so we would have to pay $250 out of pocket. Like most fiscally responsible adults, I called the HVAC company for details on the charges. Mike refused to even look up my work order and claimed it was "probably because our whole unit needed to be replaced". I told him it wasn't the whole unit, just minor modifications (according to the email from the home warranty). I asked if I could give him the work order number to look up the specifics and he answered condescendingly to me, saying it would do me no good because he wasn't at the shop. Instead, he attempted to begin to mansplain how insurance companies work, and when I said "what we're not going to do today is mansplain, Mike, I know how insurance companies work, I'm simply asking for details on these charges", he then said, "oh wow are we going to start with that stupid stuff? are you really going to use that stupid word with me? Because if that's the case, take your business elsewhere. Or you can try and start this conversation over". So I said, "Have the day you deserve" and am now taking my business elsewhere. read more

They were sent out by my warranty company in dec. 2024. When the repairman left he said they needed to order parts in order for the heater to work. Move forward January 2025, air solutions vanished they would not answer their phone, text, email. After turning it back over to the warranty company with that information, the warranty company tried to get a hold of Air Solutions and had no luck. In fact, they won't ever use Air Solutions again because of their unprofessional conduct. I would definitely tell everyone not to use this company. read more

Best we've had come out! Of course AC goes out when it's 100+ outside, didn't use house warranty because that's a two day minimum, usually. So first contractor came out, replaced nothing.....except talked us into a 'part' that would make it run smoother. Got it running for 24 hours. Put in service request thru Home Warranty and got Air Solutions. Mike is awesome to speak to and very helpful!! They came out, got it working and then ordered a part it needed. Called me to let me know they're on the way. First impression upon arrival: clean & presentable shop truck and company shirt with name. "What's the problem?" Mike asks. "The fan works on the central A/C but no cold air. The thermostat is over there, the attic access is through that room, and the radiator & fan is around that corner. I'll be in my room. I find myself compelled to write this review on Mike as he was with whom I was interacting. I originally opened a claim through my homeowners insurance policy as the swamp cooler on my one of rentals was not working properly. Mike's company was assigned my service request and then it went from bad to worse. I do want to preface that my service request was initiated on or around the first two weeks of June 2023. When the technician arrived at the property, he did not climb up the ladder to see what the problem was. He simply used the excuse that it was not a arm enough day therefore he couldn't properly diagnose why the cooler was blowing hot air. He informed my tenant he would be back within a day or so. This was the only and only time Mike or his team ever set foot at my rental. Between the tenant, homeowners' insurance and myself all trying to pin him down, he closed the ticket marking it complete and in essence probably billing for a service that was never provided. I wish I had read the prior reviews on him and made an educated decision to push this request to a different vendor. some individuals should not be in business, and this company is one that you should be leery. read more

We were assigned Air Solutions by our home warranty company after being horribly undeserved by another company. Air Solutions called us immediately after being assigned and were at our home the very next morning at the crack of dawn. They diagnosed our issues and requested authorization and parts immediately. What had taken the other company almost a month to do Air Solutions was able to do in less than 3 business days. When we had a new air conditioning unit installed it took them about half a day from start to finish. Install was seamless, professional, and without distress. I called Mike because I have a home warranty. They suggested I call Air Solutions since I haven't heard from them. I called he answered and his tone was very short, like he was annoyed. I have worked customer service for over 30 years. After he told me he won't call me for a few days, I asked his name, he said Mike. I perceived him as rude. So I wanted to let him know he was not being very nice, my exact words. Only because I know I get cranky sometimes and I'd want to know so I could fix myself. His reply ... Wah Wah ... then he hung up on me. I am sure he does a good job on a/c units but to act like a child and say those words to a woman, or anyone, just wow. I was assigned Air Solutions by my home warranty when I noticed the certain rooms weren't cooling off. Mike, called and left me a voicemail, I wasn't able to return his call until past 7pm...he answered and scheduled me in. He came and let us know the issue was who ever re- installed our zone board did not hook up correctly and poor workmanship on installation. As the people who were previously sent by home warranty (Austin heating & air) are the worst you can get and it's a miracle they are still in business. Mike was great and pleasant, corrected the zone board miswiring got my ac to work as it should. Told us if any issues give him a call, unfortunately ac stopped blowing cold air following day. Called him told me to text when I got home, he came out to my home after 5:30 ... if that's not great service then I don't know what is! What we found out was ac issue was a completely different problem caused by our dog:/ chewing wires on unit outside. He hooked wires back and we had cold air once again. Horrible and very RUDE. Home Warranty sent this company out and MIKE was very unprofessional and rude!! He stated my AC Pan needed to be replaced but wasn't doing it today. Then wrote to my HW that the Pan was fine. This was in July 2017 and today Sept 2017 I woke up to wet carpet and wet walls in my hallway. MMMmmm!! You think he did his JOB? NO!! He evaluated it and said nothing can be done, Not satisfied with his diagnosis I called another company out.
