My home warranty let me know that the HVAC company would be able to fix our issue after completing "modifications" to our valves. These modifications were not covered by the warranty, so we would have to pay $250 out of pocket. Like most fiscally responsible adults, I called the HVAC company for details on the charges. Mike refused to even look up my work order and claimed it was "probably because our whole unit needed to be replaced". I told him it wasn't the whole unit, just minor modifications (according to the email from the home warranty). I asked if I could give him the work order number to look up the specifics and he answered condescendingly to me, saying it would do me no good because he wasn't at the shop. Instead, he attempted to begin to mansplain how insurance companies work, and when I said "what we're not going to do today is mansplain, Mike, I know how insurance companies work, I'm simply asking for details on these charges", he then said, "oh wow are we going to start with that stupid stuff? are you really going to use that stupid word with me? Because if that's the case, take your business elsewhere. Or you can try and start this conversation over". So I said, "Have the day you deserve" and am now taking my business elsewhere. read more

They were sent out by my warranty company in dec. 2024. When the repairman left he said they needed to order parts in order for the heater to work. Move forward January 2025, air solutions vanished they would not answer their phone, text, email. After turning it back over to the warranty company with that information, the warranty company tried to get a hold of Air Solutions and had no luck. In fact, they won't ever use Air Solutions again because of their unprofessional conduct. I would definitely tell everyone not to use this company. read more

This company came through when another company didn't. They were so understanding and helping and was able to get my shitty home warranty to actually cover something. They got me a new unit and when it came in, they scheduled me right away and now my house is summer ready! Plus the ac They put is a name brand legit ac. Couldn't thank this company enough. Space 25 says thank you!!! read more

Very happy with the service. After having a bad experience with another company, I was very pleased. We now have some options to fix our A/C so it works better. The technician went into the attic to make sure the ductwork wasn't damaged, and took pictures with his phone so we could see. Arrived on time, polite, and respectful. read more

We had a great interaction from start to finish with Air Solutions! They were sent out through our home warranty company. Mike is who called us to set up the appointment. He was able to get us in 2 days later, which is pretty surprising since it's the hottest time of the year. He was very super nice! Darius is the tech that came out. He was super friendly and explained everything to us! We had another ac company come out in the past that was rude and had an attitude, so it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience this time! Thanks Air Solutions, and thank you for having such a nice employees! read more

Our heater stopped working and contacted my home warranty about the problem and they dispatched Air Solutions. The owner Mike is a great guy. He called me to set up a appointment and then they came out the next day and had my heater up and running again within an hour. I highly recommend Air Solutions if you have any HVAC problems. Thank you Air Solutions read more

Best we've had come out! Of course AC goes out when it's 100+ outside, didn't use house warranty because that's a two day minimum, usually. So first contractor came out, replaced nothing.....except talked us into a 'part' that would make it run smoother. Got it running for 24 hours. Put in service request thru Home Warranty and got Air Solutions. Mike is awesome to speak to and very helpful!! They came out, got it working and then ordered a part it needed. Came back with the new part and everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend this company!! read more

Mike and his team are the best! Mike went above and beyond to help us. Our condenser went out and he to get the part delivered and installed as soon as possible. Once the part came in, Mike came himself to install the part on a Sunday morning so my son can finally have a house that wasn't 80+ degrees all day. He was getting heat rashes because of the heat. Support this awesome small business. read more

Our home warranty had us contact Air Solutions when our heater stopped working. They came and fixed the problem as soon as they could. Mike was really friendly and professional and his technician was great also! read more

We had a very frustrating 6 week experience with our home warranty company getting our AC fixed. BUT thank goodness Air Solutions was our contracted repair company. Mike was kind, responsive and really helped me navigate the process with the home warranty. A lot of things happened outside of all of our control but throughout Mike was really helpful and patient. When it came time for the repair, Austin did a great job and was very professional. Would definitely use Air Solutions again. read more

Made service request late Tuesday afternoon (4:45pm) and received callback at 8:09am the next morning. Appointment for service made for following morning 8-11am time frame. Called me to let me know they're on the way. First impression upon arrival: clean & presentable shop truck and company shirt with name. "What's the problem?" Mike asks. "The fan works on the central A/C but no cold air. The thermostat is over there, the attic access is through that room, and the radiator & fan is around that corner. I'll be in my room. Give me a holler if you need anything," I say. Later I hear my name called and "It's fixed. Burnt wire." I walk underneath a vent and the cold air felt great. When Air Solutions arrived, worked their building-trade, HVAC magic, and left me as a satisfied customer, about 30 minutes went by. Bada bing, bada boom! I added this shop to my contacts. read more

I find myself compelled to write this review on Mike as he was with whom I was interacting. I originally opened a claim through my homeowners insurance policy as the swamp cooler on my one of rentals was not working properly. Mike's company was assigned my service request and then it went from bad to worse. I do want to preface that my service request was initiated on or around the first two weeks of June 2023. When the technician arrived at the property, he did not climb up the ladder to see what the problem was. He simply used the excuse that it was not a arm enough day therefore he couldn't properly diagnose why the cooler was blowing hot air. He informed my tenant he would be back within a day or so. This was the only and only time Mike or his team ever set foot at my rental. Between the tenant, homeowners' insurance and myself all trying to pin him down, he closed the ticket marking it complete and in essence probably billing for a service that was never provided. I wish I had read the prior reviews on him and made an educated decision to push this request to a different vendor. some individuals should not be in business, and this company is one that you should be leery. read more

Air Solutions - How can service be complete when he never fixed anything? Guess he has his own definition of what complete is. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Mike was very responsive and easy to deal with. The technician that came to our house fixed the issue quickly and was very polite and professional. I've seen some of the negative reviews and they are the complete opposite of my experience. I will be referring my friends and family to Air Solutions for AC service and repairs. read more

We were assigned Air Solutions by our home warranty company after being horribly undeserved by another company. Air Solutions called us immediately after being assigned and were at our home the very next morning at the crack of dawn. They diagnosed our issues and requested authorization and parts immediately. What had taken the other company almost a month to do Air Solutions was able to do in less than 3 business days. When we had a new air conditioning unit installed it took them about half a day from start to finish. Install was seamless, professional, and without distress. Overall Air Solutions was prompt, responsive, attentive, and in our case compassionate and concerned for our plight. We will be using Air Solutions for all our HVAC needs. read more

Offered to install Daikin instead of carrier, now I'm having multiple problems with the airconditioning. They have made multiple repairs already and it's only been 6 months. Unreliable, do not hire. read more

They fixed my AC. Had to order a custom part, but the guy thoroughly diagnosed the problem beforehand.. didn't rush, took his time and found out what was going on. There was only a two day gap between the first visit and the second time and only because the part had to be ordered. Very friendly and professional and fixed everything -- all included in my home warranty. I am very happy with my cool air now. Thank you so much! read more

One word, incompetence... I would not recommend this Micky mouse contractor to repair anything. They have been to my home 3 times and keep getting the wrong part they measure and no progress in over a month.. mike is rude and a liar, kept making excuses for his incompetence read more

Air Solutions were fantastic for us! Mike was great for getting our service appointment on the next day, even in their busiest season. The young man who diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend them highly! read more

I called Mike because I have a home warranty. They suggested I call Air Solutions since I haven't heard from them. I called he answered and his tone was very short, like he was annoyed. I have worked customer service for over 30 years. After he told me he won't call me for a few days, I asked his name, he said Mike. I perceived him as rude. So I wanted to let him know he was not being very nice, my exact words. Only because I know I get cranky sometimes and I'd want to know so I could fix myself. His reply ... Wah Wah ... then he hung up on me. I am sure he does a good job on a/c units but to act like a child and say those words to a woman, or anyone, just wow. This is a business I called and I value customer service. Hopefully others have better luck. read more

Air Solutions - Very childish in my opinion for a business man. I had to text bc he ignored when I tried to call back. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. Mike called and scheduled an apt very quickly. He was prompt and friendly. He said our compressor was out and he would need to file the report with our home warranty and would call to schedule the repair when the parts were in. Our home warranty only paid a portion and they were fair in what they charged us for the remaining. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns to our satisfaction. Very satisfied with their service. Glad our AC is up and running before the Bakersfield heat rolls in. read more

I had booked my appointment a few days in advance and Tech was to be here at 3. Well it turns out that was when a heat wave hit and when I called at 5:30 to find out why they hadn't showed up they stated we are busy and backed up and I have more stops to make we will get there when we get there. I informed him not to bother! I can understand certain situations but I will not tolerate rudeness and I will make sure any I encounter that need AC service to avoid this company! read more

We were referred to Air Solutions by our home warranty after a bad experience with another company. Mike called that day and got us in the very next day. His employee was on time, polite, efficient and even took the time to call my husband twice to explain the issues with our unit. Most unprofessional person I have done business with. Had multiple appointments setup to only have him cancel before he finally told us he couldn't do the work because he no longer worked with the insurance company we had. read more

Dispite the negative comments, l am very satisfied with their service. Mike explained why they missed first request from Sears Wty because of new software....we know how that goes. When they called Mike set up a time and there was Demitrio at the door right on time. He was very polite, proffesional and had what he needed to do a routine winter inspection service. Brought his own ladder, unlike the other guys. Will be the ones we will ask for when there is a problem next time. read more

I was assigned Air Solutions by my home warranty when I noticed the certain rooms weren't cooling off. Mike, called and left me a voicemail, I wasn't able to return his call until past 7pm...he answered and scheduled me in. He came and let us know the issue was who ever re- installed our zone board did not hook up correctly and poor workmanship on installation. As the people who were previously sent by home warranty (Austin heating & air) are the worst you can get and it's a miracle they are still in business. Mike was great and pleasant, corrected the zone board miswiring got my ac to work as it should. Told us if any issues give him a call, unfortunately ac stopped blowing cold air following day. Called him told me to text when I got home, he came out to my home after 5:30 ... if that's not great service then I don't know what is! What we found out was ac issue was a completely different problem caused by our dog:/ chewing wires on unit outside. He hooked wires back and we had cold air once again. Very happy we gave Air Solutions a try after such a bad experience with prior company. Thanks Mike read more

Mike called me after filing a home warranty case regarding the coolness of my AC. I'm a young gal and new homeowner with absolutely zero knowledge on home appliances and utilities ( I'm slowly learning, but still call my daddy-don't judge!). Horrible and very RUDE. Home Warranty sent this company out and MIKE was very unprofessional and rude!! He stated my AC Pan needed to be replaced but wasn't doing it today. Then wrote to my HW that the Pan was fine. This was in July 2017 and today Sept 2017 I woke up to wet carpet and wet walls in my hallway. MMMmmm!! You think he did his JOB? NO!! He just wanted to collect money from the Warranty company and move to the next. Now having to start all over again with my warranty company when it should have been fixed in July. read more

Mike (owner of this company) was sent out as a contractor that works with my fidelity home warranty company.
