I did not have to wait long after my appointment time to be seen, because if I had my anxiety would have been through the roof, which means I was probably seen somewhat near my appointed time. I had all my forms complete and documents organized the night before which made the window interaction go very smoothly. There was ample seating, albeit not very comfortable, but at least I was able to sit down. Everything, machine wise, behind the counter was functional so there was no delay. Scan the code when you enter so that you can check in, and then what for your appointment.

They were insistent my husband have his social security card, even though the letter states it is not required. We provided the same information today and were in and out of DMV within 15 minutes.
