We received our biometric appointment letter last night and our appointment was two weeks later but we are flying this week. We went to this USCIS ASC office and showed them the flight ticket and the appointment letter. They were very understanding and I appreciate the help at the USCIS office. We got our fingerprints done as an early walk-in. Caution though, if you do not have a compelling reason they were turning people back even if you show up 1 hr ahead of your appointment. read more

I have never written any review before for any government agency location I went to in past but this location really compelled me to write these words for how nice and professional everyone was there. I took my mother for biometrics. It is most organized office I have ever went to. Time spent was exceptionally good and we were in and out in almost 30-40 minutes. Also there were ample parking spots as its an open parking lot. read more

I have been to this location multiple times to take my biometrics and have never had an issue but today was a very different experience. I arrived 20 minutes early to my 9 am appointment and up checking in the staff very rudely said "It's not 9!" I told her I knew I had arrived early and she said I would have to leave or come back. I told her I was willing ti wait there until I could be helped but she threatened to call police on me and have me removed. I am not sure what her problem was, maybe she was having a bad day but she was completely unprofessional and her reaction was extreme. read more

Worst service in the world. Impossible to speak to anyone. Endless death loop of robotic messages. Been waiting for a green card for over 15 months and still cant speak to anyone to see what is going on. Zero stars read more

No one answers phone call! Only a machine answers and doesn't transfer me to any real person. I need to talk to a human please! I know the machine CANNOT solve my issue. What shall I do?? Very disappointed read more

Unfortunately since I was here last, they no more accept walk ins. I live an hour away and they turned me away even though there was not much going on inside and not too many people. I will have to appear for my originally scheduled appointment this week! :( read more

As of December 2018, walk-in appointments for biometrics are still taken, so long as you bring your unexpired appointment notice. We went 10 days early due to a conflict on the date of our scheduled appointment. The guard may make you wait until all of the customers who have appointments in that time slot have been processed (e.g. if you arrive while the 8am people are being processed, he may make you wait until the 8:30am grouping). We were in and out in less than an hour. read more

Holly Molly! There was so few people here today! My last 2 visit was long and boring and unpleasant. My today's visit was scheduled on 12/30/2016 at 10am. I hated this date and timing since I was going to take the day off work and get ready for the holidays. However, it turns out bad timing had its wonderful perks -- I came in at 9:25am and I'm out at 9:59am! Amazingly fast. It's my 3rd time doing finger print here at this place over the past 3.5 years. (Don't ask me why every step of the green card/citizenship they need your finger print re-do again and again. That's the question I wanna ask too.) read more

I went to here without an appointment this noon, they accepted my case. It takes around 10mins. The staffs here are very friendly.

Had been there multiple times. Very informative and helpful staff. It starts from the front desk security officer.

Super fast processing. I showed up to my apt 15 min before just to be on time. As soon as I walked in I got a ticket and waited for my number to be called. Literally sat down and 2 seconds later my number was called. They took my picture and finger prints. I was out of there fast. On my was to my car I looked at the time and it was only 7 min after my appt time. This place blew my mind. Not your normal government establishment. I expected DMV like waiting periods. read more

Customer service was ok and social distancing well respected. I missed my biometrics appointment because my mail was delivered after the appointment date and they understood. All the staff were so cordial and the lady who took my fingerprint and pics was so polite and professional. I had to present my marriage certificate because the name on my passport is not the same name on my biometric appointment. There were so many people there at 8:00am but it moves so fast. The no phone use sign is being enforced. read more

I just came back from getting my biometrics for green card application (i-751 form), and wanted to let people know that early walk-in worked. I went in 6 days earlier than my original appointment, but the guard did not care. The guard was nice and polite. It was Wed 3pm, and there were 3 people waiting before me, but I only had to wait for 5 minutes. Finger printing was very quick, and I was done in total 10 minutes. read more

Went to the Alexandria ASC this morning. I was told that walk-in appointments for biometrics are no longer taken, even if I've made an appointment on a later date. read more

A very friendly place. We came one day late, and got out biometrics done in less that 10 minutes.

Believe it or not, I was in and out around 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice and kind. It was such a good experience.

My biometrics been lost min twice thanks to this office. Some Asian looking officer took my biometrics and forced me to fill out assessment form for his service.I didn't want to get myself in trouble and filled out and gave him a good rate as he was right there staring at me. I don't think I'd had other choice. Anyways, I ended up going there three times in total for I-75. Not sure how the whole thing works but they lost my fingerprints twice already. The guard and reception lady/guy are always nice and helpful. The only complaint is that arrogant Asian officer. read more

Fast, no problems, friendly stuff. People were very helpful and we were in and out before our actual appointment at noon.

I found the USCIS Support Centre to be efficient and well run. The staff are friendly and professional. I did find something odd though. Firstly, I left my phone in the car (plenty of free parking, by the way) as it was made very clear to me that phones (more accurately, recording devices) were not permitted but as I walked inside, the first thing I noticed was that two or three people were sat looking at their phones. Secondly, there is a lady that works here that was very particular about where people sit. She made several of us move from one side of the aisle to the other. The reason for this was never made clear we were told to move in a way that made us feel like we had done something wrong. No signs or prior instructions to indicate any seating arrangements but it's perfectly ok to disregard the actual signs warning 'no phones'..?! It's a big nothing burger but I notice things like this. Anyway, USCIS still gets 5 stars from me, I was completely happy with my visit, I arrived two hours early for my appointment and was told 'no problem' by the guard on duty. I wish the DMV was the same! read more

It took only 30 minutes for whole process although I arrived there two hours before my appointment time. They even didn't have security check at the entrance. I could bring my cellphone in the office although I turned it off whole time. read more

I decided to go a day early to my appointment because I was in the area. I reached around 9 am and there were maybe 30 people inside. There was a guard as soon as I entered the facility and she asked for my appointment notice, ID and asked me to show my hands (don't know the reason behind this). The guard gave me an application to fill out and asked me to hand it over at the next desk. The form required me to fill out my name, application number, height, weight, hair color, eye color, phone number, etc. The receptionist handed me a ticket after checking the application and ID. I waited for ~15 minutes before my number was called. A lady came out from the area where biometrics are done and buzzed people inside (they were calling 20 people at once because there were 20 chairs with numbers on them and people who were buzzed in occupy these chairs and are called in order to have their fingerprints taken). The whole fingerprint process took 10-15 minutes. People were courteous, efficient and very quick. I've read about people going couple of days earlier with no problem, just don't draw attention to that fact. I loved how quick and easy the whole process was. Hope this info helps! read more
