About an hour and a half into waiting, someone finally came out to tell everyone that we needed to complete a form online in order to move the process along more efficiently something that could've been communicated much earlier. What made the wait even more frustrating was that numbers weren't called in order. I noticed that some people who had been there even earlier than 1:00 PM were still waiting when my number was finally called. It created a lot of confusion and uncertainty about how long the wait would actually be. I was there just to update my Social Security card, and once I was called, the process took less than 10 minutes. The staff member who assisted me was very kind, professional, and respectful. I truly appreciated that. For improvement, I hope the office can better adhere to scheduled appointment times and improve communication with those waiting. Clearer instructions and a more organized system would go a long way in making the experience smoother for everyone.
