I've had bad enough experiences at other locations to want to continue coming here. They do have the EZ Pass located here, where you can sign up, pickup transponders, even get extra stickies. For my 2 visits, I had fairly good experiences. As soon as the guard opens the door, he directs everyone to form a single line, which ultimately splits into Appointment/Non-appointment. I would highly suggest booking appointments online if possible, which are usually for the common DMV activities. Anything like getting the handicap sign, sunshade, etc. doesn't have appointment options. Walk-in is first-come-first-serve when front desk clerk assigns an alpha-numeric number. The rest of the wait time is dependent on when they call your number. There are multiple TVs that display the current and corresponding window, as well as previous numbers/window. The longest wait time I've had here is 30 minutes, which is pretty good to me!

But even without students it seems to be a well loved library- it's not overly packed but it is busy during the day. It seems to have a diverse group of ethnicities that come through seeing how they offer one-on-one tutoring and multiple books in different languages. Is a good library. We completed the application online for the replacement card. So she took scans of our IDs and handed us a slip stating we should receive the replacement card in about 2 weeks. And we left. Assuming we get the replacement card in the expected timeframe, I would say the whole experience was a pleasant one. Of course no one wants to visit the social security office, or any government office, but for us, this was easy, everyone was professional, and we had a brief visit, and a pleasant afternoon. I was the second person in line and the woman at the desk already had a huge attitude. The waiting space is small and they don't have enough employees for the location.
