They called me the next day ( thurs)and told me that locke supply and Johnston didn't have the part. My husband drove to locke supply and purchased the part. ( you know the one that locke didn't have) Superhero came back out on Fri and spent 6 hours fixing our ac. He even called his supervisor out to help. When they left they told my husband a breaker was bad. My husband ended up changing out 3 breakers because changing the 1 they said didn't fix our unit so he tried the other 2. I called out a different company who came out and in less than an hour had my ac unit up and running. I was told by the new company that Superhero wired a wire wrong and was grounding out the unit.

I luckily found someone and stated the drain lines were clogged which was marked on the list by rainbow had been checked and cleaned . This business is not opened on weekends and does not answer calls .when I reached them the next business day I was told I should have waited 2 days until they opened and they would have taken care of it . I was not told they would even come back out or offered a reimbursement. I try to use businesses in my town and I don't recommend this one .

We called at 10 a.m. and were promised a technician between noon and 2 p.m. Jeremy arrived promptly at noon, climbed into our attic and diagnosed the problem in no time at all. He spent about two hours at our house getting our system up and running and correcting the mistakes and shortcomings of repairmen before him. Such a refreshing experience after dealing with the HVAC contractors sent by our home warranty company last summer. Our AC is performing better than ever and we'll be using Oklahoma Central Air for all of our heating and air conditioning service in the future.
