Plenty of leather seating, media screens and cozy lounge areas
    Gino B.

" Surprisingly Stunning " La Guardia Airport's newly renovated, state of the art Terminal B is now fully up and running - and with it, comes a revamped and surprisingly stunning Air Canada Maple Leaf lounge. Perhaps Air Canada can take notes for its tired lounges in all seven major city hubs back home! Soaring high ceilings with open views of the terminal, compliment the west coast, urban chic decor; with its white granite and marble surfaces along the clear, grey and charcoal color tones for furniture and wall coverings. Every seat is wired for electronics and; many meeting areas were observed equipped with extra large tv screens and cozy leather seating, made for relaxing flight waiting times or on the fly meetings. With this revamp, we were pleasantly surprised by the upscale self-serve food and beverage offerings.; starting with a salad section on the cold table that included rainbow orange/purple/yellow and red carrots, fire grilled thyme artichokes and kosher grain salt edamame. The hot plate section had cast iron skillets of crispy turkey bacon Brussel sprouts, wilted warm kale, sizzling chili and honey lime chicken thighs, barbecue grilled tofu and grilled sweet peppers amongst other offerings. An upscale self-serve coffee, soda and boozy beverage bar was also on hand. The lounge staff were observed to be extremely cheery and overall service was very helpful and non-intrusive. The terminal was overcrowded outside while the Air Canada lounge was a nice retreat that was playing soft jazz music. The unobstructed views to the downstairs shops and gates will allow you to see all the hustle and bustle of New York City's airport while you are relaxed; sipping on a glass of wine. And eventually, you'll be ready to go downstairs, with everyone else - to your gate. BUT, and there is always a but somewhere but this time it's a good one, so... but only when alerted to on your by the Air Canada app. As you know, Boarding Notifications while shmoozing in the lounge become a luxe convenience that we sometimes take for granted on our normal routines! Oh Oh! there goes the boarding notification on our phones! it's time to go! A bientôt Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at LGA, see you again very soon!

Looks like most of the reviews of this lounge are more than 3 years old and dont apply anymore as the lounge has moved into the newly renovated Terminal B. Its all the way towards gates 40-59, just before you descend the escalator you will see the United Lounge on your right and Air Canada on your left. The lounge is very big and airy because it doesnt have a ceiling ibut rather just opens up into the terminal. The walls are glass so you get views overlooking the gates and the planes outside. There are many seating areas with modern amenities like power plugs. The food selection is not great probably due to COVID. All stuff packed to go like turkey wraps, salads, hummus dip, etc. There is a beer tap but its roped off due to COVID so just need to ask the person to serve you. Very relaxing place to hangout if you have time to kill before your next flight.

I happened to go on a day when my flight was delayed so I spent a good chunk of time here. It was hot in the lounge, but it was very crowded when I visited. Upon walking in, the receptionists told me to check back after 30 minutes because they're at capacity. However, another receptionist looked around and asked for confirmation from her coworkers and let us in. Sure enough, it was super packed. We were lucky to get seats with a table. I'm giving it 2 stars because the service was good, otherwise would've given 1. The ambiance & food just sucked. And it was too hot inside. I went on an evening in July. There were salads; edamame; chips, salsa & hummus; cheese for salad at the cold food station, cookies, and 2 kinds of soup. No finger sandwiches. They had a coffee machine that also brews espresso and hot chocolate. They had 2 beers on tap- Canadian and Coors Light. It was a smaller lounge and for that, the bathroom were super small too. There was free WiFi.

Airport Lounge Crawl #2 I think my rating maybe a little harsh and unfair especially to compare any Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge to The Centurion Lounge. The staff that checked me in was not really cheerful and seemed preoccupied with her smartphone. But this lounge is not busy at all and even other staff was watching TVs in the main lounge area instead of greeting customers. The interior is just too dim and depressing. Don't expect much on food selection anyway.. cookies and chips or some fruits? Run of the mills tea bags.... The view is just dreadful. Since I have a choice of visiting other lounge in LGA, I doubt I would ever set foot at this Maple Leaf Lounge ever again. Everything just looks and feel dated? And this suppose to be relatively new?

I'm relatively new to Priority Pass and this was my first time departing out of LGA. Beware, do not make the same mistake I did and visit here unless you have unlimited visited. This lounge IS NOT WORTH the money. The lounge itself is small, tired and old. I came in as they were cleaning up breakfast so there was no food out. Once lunch came out, it was disappointing compared to other lounges I've visited in the past. Lunch was two soups, I tired the lemon orzo and it wasn't bad and they also had chips and salsa. What a disappointment. They do have a nice bar but when you only have an hour to spend in a lounge, how much can you drink? The biggest downside, this Lounge is located BEFORE security, so I just sat there and stressed about how long the lines would be even with having pre-TSA. Seriously, unless you have a free pass, eat at any other restaurant in the airport and the price will be the same. Like others have noted, they do have a magazine rack - big deal! About half of the magazines aren't in English and the others aren't ones you've heard of before. The women's restroom had just one stall and I imagine that can get tricky from time to time.

Lunch. Tofu with many veggie side options and coconut rice. Very good vegan option for an airport lounge.

Great option to visit in terminal B. I had the (mis)fortune to stay for breakfast and lunch time due to a 5 hour flight delay on United. Breakfast setup has Premade omelets, bacon, potatoes with a premium yogurt options and Cereal, toast, bagel available along with a selection of fresh cut fruits. Lunch was a generous salad bar with veggie and meat sliders. There were also hot entrees including chicken and tofu with plenty of hot veggie sides - kale, roasted veggies, coconut rice. Self serve beverages - tea, coffee (lavazza machine), beer, wine, and premium liquor. Attentive staff to quickly refill food and remove used plates. Plenty of seating with chairs, tables, and sofas with recharging options.

Lovely view of the airport's HVAC system- Really? Is this the best we can do?

So sad that this is the gateway for experienced travelers leaving NYC- We can do better- the windows are filthy, there is ONE bathroom for the whole lounge-

Visited the Maple Lounge during a recent business trip to NYC. One problem is that it's pre security so you need to account for that issue and despite being TSA-Pre, terminal B doesn't really have an expedited line (you get a pass that allows you to avoid taking off your shoes at LGA). The actual lounge is somewhat difficult to find but once you find it, it's fairly easy to walk in. The lounge itself is nice and modern, pretty clean and service is friendly. I sat on the side and picked up some light bites that they offer including a couple soup options (I had the chicken orzo), quinoa salad, chipotle hummus, salsa, and chips. There are also a few Lavazza coffee options from a self serve machine and a few cookies as well. They have an extensive magazine collection as well. The view was underwhelming but I'm not sure we can ask for much at an airport like LGA. The layout includes a few hoteling cubes for folks like me and a lounge area with TVs for those looking to relax before their flight. Honestly, Maple Lounge was a nice hiatus for my 2 hour wait (delays - LGA is notorious for them) but may need some additional food and beverage options to make it a truly memorable stay.

A lounge that checks all the basic needs, but not much more. The lounge is landside, which is annoying, and located in a spartan service corridor that makes you feel like you're in the wrong place. There are comfortable seating options, and with an early flight I had my pick, but the lounge probably can't hold more than 30 people without getting cozy. Outlet options are OK but could cause a scrum on a crowded day. Food and beverage choices are fine for what they are but far from luxurious: breakfast options included a Lavazza espresso machine, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, toast, and mini muffins. The best I can say is that it beats paying for it in the terminal. Alcohol is not available before 11, but they do have a well stocked, manned bar with quality booze that might raise my opinion of this lounge at a later hour. They have a fair selection of magazines, but I wished they would have had morning papers. Landside lounges generally give me agita about boarding on time. I suppose this isn't a big deal for passengers with precheck or with tickets in premier cabins, but for the rest of us it requires keeping an eye on the clock.

I used to come here before I discovered Centurion, but my flight is delayed and so since Centurion closed at 6:30pm, I came in here to kill time. There are good things about this place that Centurion lacks: 1. Individual charging machine for those travelers who have forgotten to bring their own, 2. Tones more magazines to choose from and newspapers (many are Canadian), 3. They close at 8:30pm. Like Centurion, they have 1. self-service food, but the only hot food being soup and the cold stuff is always the same: nachos, edename, and two salads to chose from in addition to hummus, 2. Open bar, but no special cocktails, 3. A flat screen tv, but only one, and 4. A lot of outlets!! The view is of the water but it is not unobstructed. Both places are quiet though. Just glad that its open. Beats waiting at the gate.

Decent lounge at Air Canada lounge located on LGA 3rd floor.
    James L.

From LGA central / main terminal, take elevator up to 3rd floor and make a right. Walk all the way down the hall. The hallway going towards the lounge seem a bit cold, sort of like walking through my old high school gym. The lounge is small but cozy. For dinner they offered salad and soup as well as complimentary drinks. They also had Tanqueray!

    Jessalin L.

It was my first time here at 9am before my 11am flight at LGA. I used my Priority Pass to get in this Air Maple Leaf Lounge that you can enter before security by Terminal B. I discovered it rom the help of LoungeBuddy. It is OK with limited amount of food and beverages. Its still worth dropping by to enjoy the quiet time away from people to relax before your flight. They have a complimentary charging booth inside alongside a bookshelf of literature.

Delta must've heard the complaints from frequent Sky Club members who were tired of the exact same thing on each buffet/menu every single day which gets old if you travel a lot. So, they are changing out their menu items, updating them throughout the day, and really trying to up the game so it's worth it to continue to pay for this amenity. Staff were regularly walking around clearing trash and tables and finished plates. Staff kept the bathrooms spotless and the floors clear and clean. We had to wait about 10 minutes one day to get inside, but easily found seats, and didn't wait at all the second time inside and again, easily found seats with plenty more to spare.
