This last few weeks of heavy, winter rain reminded me that I'm long overdue for a review of Canyon…read moreSunrise Roofing. I've previously used Dave and his company for a repair on my current tile roof as well as a full replacement of a shingle roof at a rental property. So, last monsoon season when water began pouring into my garage there was no question who I'd call. For the record, due to the size and expense of a complete tile roof job, I took a few other bids and Canyon Sunrise was extremely competitive along with the assurance of using better quality underlayment as standard practice... no upsell for something that was going to last. We did encounter some challenges including my somewhat frail and super scarce roof tile that was made by a manufacturer who'd been out of business for close to two decades. Dave found me an excellent matching alternative that seamlessly blended with old. I was around while his crew worked and they were a conscientious hard-working group. They also did a really nice job with cleanup. In closing, last week when it began to pour I took comfort in knowing the job was done right - water tight - and that Canyon would be around for years to service me should I ever encounter any challenges.

I cannot say enough nice (and true!) things about M3 Remodeling, but I'll try and do them justice…read more Firstly, they are a team of highly skilled artisan-quality contractors. I had a very complicated tile pattern selected for my bathroom and it matches perfectly at every seam. M3 even compensated for the fact that the wall wasn't perfectly straight and made it look as if it was. Secondly, they are very reasonable and extremely hard working. The last few days, even though they were not behind schedule, they worked long hours, drenched in sweat from the fact that our AC needed replacing. They did not complain (or I think really even notice); they were just focused on getting the job done and getting it done to perfection, which they did. The bathroom looks amazing and we could not be more pleased. M3 is also a company made up of professional, kind, caring and generous individuals. We never for one moment felt uncomfortable having them at the house or felt like we needed to check in with them to make sure things were being done correctly. On the contrary, it was always nice to have them around because of their wonderfully kind and gentle demeanor. They are just wonderful people and we are looking forward to having them remodel our second bathroom. I cannot recommend MC Remodeling highly enough. They are an excellent company in every way possible: professional, kind, courteous, highly skilled in their profession, have a strong work ethic and are very reasonable! Who could ask for more?

All of the workers were very good also, but especially Jimmy who did a lot of it. His work and attitude and communication was very helpful as well. The new roof looks wonderful, and the interior paint is flawless, and it was all done in a week once the HoA approved the work. Thank you!

David came out to meet with us promptly to look at the issues, and we felt they were the most honest about the work that needed to be done to fix our issues and had the most confidence in them that they would do the best job so we chose to go with them. He didn't disappoint. Not only was all the work done fast and efficiently, but the quality of the work was excellent and the final price actually came in quite a bit under than what we had anticipated it would be in the beginning! We've had several bad experiences with contractors in the past and it was nice to work with someone trustworthy and competent. In fact, we were so happy with the experience that we had them also help us with the renovations of a rental property of ours a few months later and were equally happy with that job as well. We will continue to use Home Repair Pros for any home improvement or repair needs that come up and would highly recommend them to anyone else too.

The owner contracted to have the kitchen and master bathroom cabinets sanded and stained. 1. We were told the kitchen cabinets did not need to be emptied. 2. This will only take 4 days. 3. We tried to contact the contractor to inform them we wouldn't be available until 930am day one. No call back, and they showed up at 8am day one. End of day one I come home to find the kitchen cabinets, stove, microwave, and refrigerator masked off. Our kitchen table, and my grandmothers antique hutch are not covered. The cabinet doors are stacked against my grandmothers antique hutch. There is no dust barrier between the kitchen and the rest of the house. I contact the management company to complain specifically about the dust barrier and not covering the kitchen table and hutch. Day two the management company responds that they are contacting the contractor and will let us know what they hear back. About 1130am day two, a dust barrier goes up, the kitchen table, and hutch get covered. The contractor had already finished sanding in the kitchen and started the staining at this point in the day. The chemical smell from the stain is very strong. So strong that we opened every available door and turned on all fans to help clear the air. It is the end of December the week between Christmas and New years. current high is 57 with rain, and the low was already in the 40's. Day three the SO comes home after a doctors appointment to find the contractor working in the master bathroom. A dust barrier has been set up between the master bathroom and master bedroom. In this house there is no door between the two, only a small hallway and access to the master closet. This dust barrier does indeed block off the master bedroom, but was open to the open door'd master closet. Such great care was taken to set up dust barrier that funneled the sanding dust directly into our closet of clean cloths. I come home end of day three to a house that is so smelly with chemicals that we again opened all doors, and got out extra fans to try to clear the air before bedtime. This is when I find the pictured damage to my Grandmother antique hutch. I reached out to the management company again concerning the damage to the hutch. Day four is today as I write this review. Today the clear coat goes on, and apparently it is even smellier than the stain. We were told the contractor will have to return for a day five to finish the work being done. What you can expect: Bad communications. Poor workmanship in covering and protecting the customers possessions. Damage to your possessions. Finally, complete lack of care to a simple detail like putting up a dust barrier between an area being sanded and the rest of the living space.

We were promised two year long car washes and that the work would be completed by the next week. We were supposed to hear from the production team, who does scheduling within 1-2 days after signing. We did not. We called them and spoke with the manager lady of production and she said she was just now getting to ours and the work would be completed by the end of the next week. She said she would order the material the next day and it would be delivered by Wednesday. On Monday we called to check to make sure the supplies were ordered. No answer no call back. Then the next day the "owner" Colton said he's canceling the contract, they fired Cole and he made mistakes that it would cost us $3000 more if we still want them to do the work. We said no we already paid you we have a contract we need you to keep your word and do the roof. We then called Cole, who is still employed and asked him what was going on. He said oh yeah they're coming out next week to do your roof. We said so you're still employed and he said yes. Do NOT use this roof company.
