If the office is busy they don't…read morecomplete any transactions before starting a new one, the package/envelope is set aside without being sealed or addressed while you are in line. Very bad operating procedures. My package was delivered to the wrong address; after reporting this to Prism I was told I have 60 days to file a claim. I have called multiple times & been told it takes time to process a claim, also that I can do it myself. Turns out I could not do it myself but had to have FedEx do it as it was an international shipment. Still, I was only on the phone with FedEx for 3 minutes & they had the claim filed. Prism could have handled this but does not care enough about their clientes to do customer service.
