Once or twice you may let something slip by,…read morebut.... 2 times now the radiologist compared my a new scan to the wrong previous scan so of course the comparative results came back inaccurate. Additionally, on a more recent visit for an MRI with and without contrast. The radiologist missed my port when injecting the contrast and it went under my skin instead of in my vein. Always have a nurse access your port. Doctors don't do it often enough. My saga doesn't end there. I had to get an additional, successful MRI at a different facility and pay them my copay. Advance shore had the nerve to bill me for the botched procedure. This is now 9 months they're pestering me with unpaid invoices. I am actively working with my insurance company to reverse their payment as well. When all is said and done, I will bring legal support in to fight paying this charge and let everyone I know in the process.

Front desk staff was very kind except for an older woman named "Caren" who was skulking behind the registration area being very rude and disrespectful to the staff. Almost bullying. She should not be in a customer facing position or have authority over anyone. My 2nd concern was being called back for my test, told to change into a gown and then be seated in a waiting area full of women including a early 20 something girl who was just waiting for someone. This was very uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. The young ladies who did my test were very kind and professional. I will send a letter to this facility outlining my concerns. Hope I never have to go back there again.

The hum of a printer interrupts the television static as another human is processed through. A happy gentleman appears ... He possibly is the blood taker ... A smile to calm before the process begins. As I watch my daughter staring in the same direction as all the others I wonder ... What do any of us want from a business that takes our bodily fluids. Cleanliness ... Robotic but absolute efficiency with a touch of friendliness. We can't expect customer comforts because they know we will come not out of choice but because our insurance company or medical professional said we must. I called Galloway Township Public Works and was told they do not pick anything up on Great Creek as it is not a city road. I then called the County at the city's recommendation and was told that is a city road and he would contact the city and in fact have it picked up by the days end. We returned home that evening to find that the rodent had in fact been picked up and moved to the center of my driveway. On Monday July 22, 2013 I contacted the County to find out what type of sick joke this was to do to two seniors with pets and was informed that the city was dispatched and I should call Galloway Township Public Works Director Mr. Kevin McDowell. I did and was responded to in an abrupt manner being told that unless I had proof then I should back down and he also stated that he remembers me as being the "asshole" that bothered him and his department back during the summer storm of 2012 "the direco". I then contacted township manager Arch Liston and was told "calm down its not that big of a deal" to which I replied that it wasnt until I was spoken to in the mannerism that I was by Mr. McDowell. My mother and Father went into city hall after I had been hung up on several times as the property owners and were met by Mr. Liston and threathened that they would be removed if they didnt leave willingly. I was told by a public official that it would be in my best interest to speak with town council at the next public meeting. Instead of speaking my peice I was ushered off to the side and told to write a letter and it would be reviewed. We did write a letter to Mr. Arch Liston and were responded to by stating that because my mother wrote the letter it was not first hand it was third hand and nothing could be done. Public Officals at their best I presume Shouldnt we make them stand up to a higher standard???
