I have been at this facility a few times since moving here from Florida in September. The front desk and people there are so respectful and nice. They are very helpful and thorough. The set up of the building and areas of tests are very well situated from the lockers, dressing room areas and bathrooms. Overall very pleasant positive experience. read more

Definitely a mixed bag here for several reasons I'll explain below. First off, I went here for an MRI of the knee earlier this week. Doing paperwork online before arrival is a big plus. Front desk staff was very kind except for an older woman named "Caren" who was skulking behind the registration area being very rude and disrespectful to the staff. Almost bullying. She should not be in a customer facing position or have authority over anyone. My 2nd concern was being called back for my test, told to change into a gown and then be seated in a waiting area full of women including a early 20 something girl who was just waiting for someone. This was very uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. The young ladies who did my test were very kind and professional. I will send a letter to this facility outlining my concerns. Hope I never have to go back there again. read more

This place is awful! The staff are rude. I made an appointment for a mammogram which was scheduled and confirmed. When I arrived, I was yelled at by the radiologist and the technician, "this is not how we follow the protocol." I told them I had a CT Mamo done at ACMC Hospital for the abnormal reading and thought I needed a 6 month mammogram and they said it was 1 year and said if I wanted the mamogram, I would have to pay out of pocket for it. Not only is this location convenient to me, the people are great. Today was the second time this year visiting this location and both times the staff was awesome. Always pleasant and professional with minimal wait times. I highly recommend not only the Jimmie leeds location but the Somers point and EHT locations. I also have to give a shout out to the scheduling staff, they really try to make it convenient, scheduling more than one procedure at a time, the really look for the patients best options while making it a priority to get you in sooner than later. I feel they know how important it is to the client, the urgency we feel to get a timely appointment to diagnose the issue you may have. I could not ask for a better, caring company for my healthcare needs!! read more

It was very easy to make an appointment for my wife but boy what a horrible experience. My wife gave birth to my son 2 months ago and she has been experiencing a lot of engorgement and mastitis 3 times already. When making the appointment, they told us she needed to either nurse or pump before coming in so the ultrasound would show well. She was nursing in the car in the parking lot so I went to inform the front that I was checking in for my wife and that she was nursing outside, the lady said it was fine. It took 10 minutes after appointment time and she was taken inside. I was informed I couldn't go with her so I waited outside. She was asked to change into gowns and so she did. A technician came in to ask what procedure was she in, my wife told her and she looked very confused and left. Later another technician came in all confused about the procedure and she also left asking us to give her some time. It took over an hour and 4 technicians to come in doing the same thing and this last one said that we were late and they could not do the procedure any more. My wife told them that she was nursing outside and the lady in the front said it was fine, and all this going back and forth with the staff being confused added over an hour. The lady didn't care at all and she made another appointment in three days. Wife came outside and we waited more time for that technician to tell us the time for the appointment and she said "your appointment is at 2pm" in front of the whole room. At the time of the next appointment, we were finishing up getting ready to leave on time and we received a call from the office asking why my wife missed the appointment at 1pm. I was there!! I was there to hear perfectly when the technician said appointment was at 2pm, not 1. This place is extremely frustrating and they dont care for you. Would definitely not recommend. read more

R.T.M Atlantic City, NJ The Galloway staff was wonderful, from the receptionist to the X-ray tech. My only complaint is the new automated phone service and trying to schedule an appointment by phone. It was a ridiculous wait time, to the point that I just hung up. In the past on the automated system, I was able to get to one of the receptionists that would be able to better assist me. With this new system I was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes to wait for the next available scheduler. I normally schedule online or in the office and neither is ever a problem. From scheduling appointments online, to email, u.s. mail, text messages, and onsite communication AMI gets it right! It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Easy to pre-check in incuding photos of script and INS card. Receptionists are friendly, and helpful,,as are all the techs I've had contact with over the years Today's visit was for an annual mammogram. The waiting room was too cool for my liking, and the restrooms in the waiting room could use some updating. Otherwise, professional excellent care! read more

I was late due to emergency traffic which was unforeseen I tried to call the office I was on hold on their central line for about 40 minutes before getting anyone from the office and when I called I spoke with Tonya explaining the situation and apologized and which she was very rude to me on the phone stating I needed to be there thirty minutes prior however I didn't predict running into the traffic of an individual being hit by a vehicle while riding their bike. I hope Tonya is able to be more understanding one day and provide excellent customer service like Marissa did at the front desk rather than being demeaning and condescending and pushing me off to Marissa last minute. read more

Really getting customer service right. Needed MRI and called for appointment. Had a Sunday appointment open which really surprised me. Any way arrived a half hour early, filled out the usual paperwork and was called back within ten minutes. Excellent tech administering test and 'Walla', I was out in a half hour. Any chance you can go on a Sunday, do it. Skeleton staff, but the sure are nice. read more

the billing department refuses to send bills to your insurance company and expects you to pay it. no matter how many times you talk to the billing department they refuse to correct the problem. i even had the billing department talk to the insurance company and still won't correct the bill. the billing department is the worst. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. I went in with a prescription from my doctor for a mammogram, and while there, the staff decided I was going to get 2 additional tests that I had not budgeted or prepared for. I was never asked, but was told I would have these tests. I said no to the tech (twice), and was shuffled into a room where the doctor came in and bullied me for several minutes until I relented. I was crying at this point, and had the additional procedures done with tears running down my face, and only 1 tech even asked me if I was OK. It was a dehumanizing experience. They clearly didn't respect me as a person capable of making her own medical decisions for her own body. I will never be returning, and if you value your bodily autonomy, I recommend you steer clear. read more

I had a cardiac MRI and the staff was courteous and professional. From check in through the procedure I felt well taken care of. The RN that started my IV and the MRI tech that prepped me and gave me directions on what was to happen and what I needed to do was clear in her direction, kind and professional in her approach to me as a patient. She seemed to care about my comfort which was very nice. The gal that finished it all up was also friendly and gave good care. Thank you. I come to this location and never had a bad experience. But today, I come in for my appt and the red-haired receptionist came off rude. She informed me, in front of other patients, that for future I need a script. And she had shown obvious annoyance to my not having one. How was I to know this? I was not told on the phone during scheduling the appointment that I would need a script. I have had past appointments here without a script (they were sent over by dr instead). She could show more understanding as opposed to acting like I did something wrong. read more

Update: Mom's new doctors requested a report regarding the portacath insertion. It was inserted incorrectly thus contributing to the chain of events that followed and landed her in the hospital....DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PORT. I cannot attest to their other services. read more

Clean and easy to make an appointment. Of all the MRIs I have had, this was the most pleasant. The waiting room was comfortable. The inner waiting room had a television to watch. The MRI provided music to be pumped in. Unfortunately, the nurse punch the wrong channel; I got country instead of classic rock. I walked with a DVD of the images. Staff was pleasant. read more

I traveled an hour and a half for a free consultation with the Vascular Institute, a part of AMI, and received a surprise $300 bill for the visit two weeks later. Nowhere in my intake form or my conversations with the institute when scheduling the free consultation that there is any sort of fee for the visit. My statement also indicated the wrong doctor I met with for the consultation. I also spent 2 hours, mostly waiting. The consultation itself was about 15 minutes. So upsetting. If this kind of thing can happen, I can't possibly trust anything else they do. Not pursuing the procedure here! read more
