I never experienced what I have experienced at virtual when I was with Doctor Williams. I have been with Doctor piccone and at virtual and he is not at all anyone I would recommend. He doesn't listen . He doesn't follow up . I have spoken with him for over a year about experiencing sinus headaches and even let him know that I went to urgent care and they said I have rhinosinusitis. He brushed me off . The only time he listened was after several urgent care visits and finally me going to the hospital and my cat scan being abnormal showing calcification. Then finally when he saw those results because he thought I had a tumor he rushed for me to get a MRI . I waited after the MRI for him to call and discuss results with me and he never called even though I knew the results were in . I had to call only for him not to get on the phone and have his office manager tell me I was fine which still didn't tell me why I had calcification on my ct and why I kept getting these horrible sinus headaches and ear aches . Doctor piccoine said it was nothing else he could do for me . He said for the office manager to tell me he recommended a neurologist a while ago which was a lie . He never had and I asked for the date he had and no one had that information for me . Also because I suffered from regular migraines that had nothing to do with these different sinus headaches and ear aches for years I've taking furoset but it maked my sinus headache worse and doctor piccone said this to me and that he was changing my medication to tramadol. At first the tramadol didn't seem to work and I wanted to go back to the furoset but eventually i realized tramadol was much better for my sinuses . So I called to get more and he changed my medication back to furoset . Now I have been to 2 EnT doctors , Neurologist, and a Allergist and none of them recommend by him . I had to do all work myself . And they all keep asking the same question where is your primary doctor. No where to be found . Im trying to find another doctor but I have to stay with virtual until obviously I find someone but they only want your insurance they could careless about making sure you are well .

I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees. After a routine check up with my doctor, I was told I needed an X-ray. I decided I wanted to get it…read moredone right away, so I looked up South Jersey Radiology and saw that the Voorhees location took walk-ins up to 8:30 PM (weekdays). The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.

Although, my appointment was late at night, I didn't mind but I'm sure the ladies would have rather been at home but they NEVER showed it!!! The facility is EXTREMELY clean!! I was greeted with big smiles and friendly voices from Jenny and Natalie and they both were so helpful! Then, I had the pleasure of meeting my technologist, Alicia, and I fell in love all over again with Jefferson Outpatient Imaging!!! Alicia was SUPER friendly, very caring and helpful!! She truly cared how I felt and wanted to make sure I had a great MRI experience with them. To be honest the entire staff treated me the same way! I do recommend this facility to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!! However, I MUST let you know I would have given a 4-Star if it was not for the services I received from Alicia, Jenny and Natalie because there is NO handicapped button to push to enter or exit to assist patients with walkers, wheelchairs or canes and there are NO grab bars to assist with getting off the MRI table or dressing room area. The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.
