Ocycodone for years not working no more so didn't want them anymore. All I asked was take care of me after surgery with hydromorphadone and since I didn't show up for and appointment. They kicked me out. By law he has to write me a script . But no longer wasting my time. Good luck everybody who goes there. Ended up being prescribed something that's contraindicated to my existing medications, but my provider would be too busy texting to figure that out. Asked to switch to a different provider to start fresh, but never heard back from the office manager either. If you don't need surgery and they can't profit from cutting, they likely aren't very interested in helping you.

I haven't been able to walk since November of 2020 and it is now September 15th and I am post surgery happy as could be. This guy is a hoax and is out for your money. Called Dr Frankel's Office to see "how much visit would be without Health Ins" Was told as a "Cash Patient" that to have a Cast put on, it would be $150.00. "Cash Only" we were told ONCE we got to the office, So I only had a Check from my Husband, and thank goodness I didn't fill it out, and ran to a Bank Of America. As soon as I was back, the Dr saw my son. Literally, spent 25 minutes TOTAL with Dr and he pulled up the x-rays from Hospital, said it was a "minor" Break and asked my son what Color of Cast he would like? He Quickly wrapped it and as we were leaving, the Office girl said, "We can just Bill you for any additional visits!! " At that time, I thought, we "most likely wont be able to afford the visit. As it turned out, after 2 - 2 1/2 weeks in the cast, Matt went to the Beach, got it wet, and cut it off himself!! Then on 8/23, I opened a bill for $730.00 for the visit we had on the 7/28. I assumed it was a mistake, until I received another bill in September for the same amount!! When I called, the girl Robin in Billing said she would call the office, the Office said that they tell all of their Patients that!! Be Careful when it comes to BILLING??!!!!!
