I have utilized this business in person at least a few times in the past and yet the most recent one should be easily over10+ years (at least I feel that long ago.) What I ordered today were for breakfast and some accompaniment to my morning coffee so they are/were... -Pesto Florentine Breakfast Sandwich and -Apple Cider Donut Tea Cake (small; $7) When I opened the wrapper, the BK sandwich looked a bit small, well, smaller than I had imagined. Since I opted for avocado add-on (creamy or mashed type) the total price of it was close to $11. I cut the thing in half right in the middle and started to morsel it. And as to my surprise I was quite pleased, of course in a very nice way. This somewhat small looking sandwich had a lot of good flavors to it; I certainly tasted that in every single bite as I carefully savored it until it was no more. Wow, it exceeded my expectations for sure. As for the Apple Cider Donut Cake, this was a bit ordinary where the portion size was quite large for the price (lol)!! Kind of ironic in a way that two items both compensated for one another where one exceeded in quality and the other exceeded in quantity (size)! Well, the donut cake wasn't bad in any way. It was just that it should taste like as the name says it all. Apple part was very subtle. And the cider? Unless my taste buds are numb to this element I didn't taste any cidery flavor. What's good about it is that the sweetness is just right so it's not sugary decadent. Maybe I will get vanilla ice cream for the rest of the loaf. I can't speak for the store's ambience as this was (as I already stated) a delivery. Will I order from them again? I think I will as I now know at least one good item: Pesto Forentine BK Sandwich!!

My wife got the ham and cheese and I got the duck, with mushrooms and onions. We each had a couple of bites of the others' meal to try it out. The crepes themselves were light and fluffy and quite delicious, and the fillings were very good and quite flavorful. The one suggestion I might make for improvement to the duck is to add some sauce after the crepe has been fully prepared - a balsamic reduction, gravy made from the duck drippings, or even some English style brown sauce a la HP. It was just a little dry and could use a bit of moisture to make it even more delicious. We'll look up this cafe-on-wheels' schedule and give them another try in the future. I'd love to try their other savory offerings, like the lamb, pulled pork and breakfast crepes, and my wife really wants to give their dessert crepes a shot - the custard and apple crepes delivered to the next table looked scrumptious. It appeared that everyone enjoyed their meals. Each of the customers we saw order their food chowed down with gusto. My guess is this business is pretty new - this is the first Yelp review of the establishment, they don't appear to have a Facebook page or Twitter feed, and their website is pretty sparse (no schedule, missing photos of some of their menu items, etc.) I recommend this mobile cafe for something different from the everyday.

When I called again today after experiencing the issue a second time, instead of taking the concern seriously, I was told that my palate may be the problem and that their muffins are good. That response was especially disappointing considering this has now happened twice. I am not claiming here to know exactly what caused the discoloration, but the bitter taste, unusual texture, and visible dark spots were concerning enough that I stopped eating the muffin. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews their storage, freshness checks, and food-safety practices, and also improves how customer concerns are handled. Dismissing a repeated food-quality complaint rather than properly investigating it is not the kind of response I expected.
