We LOVE Anchor Pest Control. We have been using Anchor Pest Control for the past 3 years to come…read moreand spray our cabin/home in Arnold on a bi-monthly basis to keep the spiders and creepy crawlers at bay! This past February we were hit with a huge snow storm that snapped many of the pines in Arnold in half, due to the weight of the heavy snow load. Now those dead and dying trees are attracting the dreaded Bark Beetles. Anchor Pest to the rescue!!! We had Ryan come out first to spray all our Ponderosa/Pines to help protect them from the masses of beetles that are now active in the area. Then we had him come and inject our Pines to prevent any infestation over the next two years! He did a great job treating our trees and labeled each one individually with a numbered tag so we can keep track of when they were treated, what they were treaded with and any additional notes on the health of each individual tree. Lastly we had him "drench" fertilize all our trees, both Pines and Cedars to help keep them healthy and strong. I'm so thankful for their service and a grateful that we can be proactive to protect our trees. After all, we chose to live in the forest because we love the trees so we will do what we have to and keep them as healthy as possible.

He went above and beyond to walk around with me while I showed him hotspots and pets water and food that needed to be moved before he would spray. I definitely recommend Anchor Pest Control for not only year test control but also to control your weeds wherever you may need to have them sprayed.

Long story short- Manuel is the reason we're switching pest control companies. His responsiveness,…read moreprofessionalism, and customer service were exceptional. We are looking forward to working with Advantage IPM going forward and would highly recommend Manuel Moreno to anyone in need of pest control services. Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.
