I go in today, pickup my online order, browse for something else I know I will end up needing and head to the checkout. At the checkout, a short man in a Geek Squad polo walks up to two 20-something year old dirtbags (junkie loser type individuals) and asks for his merchandise back. Cops walk in behind the Geek Squad staff member. One of the kids pulls several shoplifted phone cases from his pocket. Easily the trashiest thing I have seen in 2022. Made my day for sure I was amazed that they were able to catch Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumbass before they walked out with stolen goods, considering how understaffed the store appeared

My first encounter was not the best since…read moreI was told that they couldn't open or fix my HP All in One PC then the next day I received another call and was told that they could fix It and would be ready the next day??. Since then I brought a laptop which wasn't as difficult, and finally a couple of weeks ago my DELL tablet. When I dropped off my tablet it worked fine, just slow. Fortunately the tech suggested I have data backup. Several days later I finally received a message saying my tablet was ready for pickup. However, shortly afterwards I received an email saying that while my tablet was ready for pickup, that while they were doing the clean up, something happened and my tablet no longer was working! I emailed to confirm I understood and sure enough, my slow working tablet was now a non working tablet and I needed to pick it up. When I did go to pick up and I expressed my my displeasure I was told a manager would call me and to leave the tablet so they could check it again and I would need to return, again. I never got a call from the manager, Theo. So I scheduled to pickup again, and was told again to leave the tablet and that a manager would call. He did not. THREE times I was told the techs would review the tablet and that the manager would call but he never did and NO ONE did anything to be of any help. Owen and his colleague Patrick tried their best but Chris was as helpful and as pleasant as a toothache. I would definitely NOT recommend using Geek Squad, unless you want to have your electronic devices destroyed and no one cares.

    I tried to work with Boulder Home Theater company to have a TV installed above our fireplace. They…read morerequested I find out more info about the materials of the wall so I reached out to our builder. While I waited to hear back due to the person I needed the info being off, Boulder Home Theater reached out and said "Upon further consideration and review from the owner we are not comfortable putting a recessed box in that location. It's too much of a liability for us the scope of this project mainly for any tile damage and not knowing what's behind--and possible heat-leak up from the fireplace. If this was a normal standard drywall wall setup not above the fireplace, we would have no issues quoting that." This even before I was able to let them know what the materials and wall type were and it's an electric fireplace with the ability to have the heat turned off which I let them know prior to this response. If they can't even wait for my response on the materials or work with me on the install but just say you aren't worth the hassle, well that isn't a company I would want to work with when it comes to installing TV's. They were also priced higher before this then the numerous other companies I received quotes for. I had several jobs I was planning over the coming months but will take my business elsewhere.

As his grieving widow of 36 years I have been trying to reach Tom to see if he might take it back or if someone wants to purchase a gently used one. He doesn't even have the courtesy to return my multiple calls or emails to see if something can be worked out or explain what their policy is. This type of treatment and lack of customer service is shameful.
