Krav Maga is a skill set that is very useful for self defense. They have 2 main rooms to teach where they can separate between advance and beginner students. We did their level one and they were so accommodating and considerate that I had a hand injury. They visually showed us techniques and had us partner up and practice ourselves, always correcting and encouraging along the way. We practiced pretend real world scenarios of attackers attempting to choke and grab and how we can overpower them to escape. They provide kicking and punching pads during the practice. The whole experience was enjoyable and fun. I would love to bring my dad here. We had the pleasure to meet the owner Randall who showed us around the studio, that is also super clean and maintained, and Kim our level one instructor. They were both such cool genuine people. I definitely recommend the studio for their quality in teaching, supplies and personalities!

Ricardo the owner actually explains the technique. Why are we using the technique. The name of the technique. The importance of it. He doesn't go on and on rolling on floor to show you 100 times how to apply it causing confusion due to he puts fourth effort in his explanation as to why needed in the beginning that by the time you practice you are catching on. Reason being he takes just a minute to explain it at least and when to apply it in the sport or self defense. I really like the way he teaches as BJJ is not the easiest sport to catch on too. I heard from previous members that were friends that he is a great teacher but didn't want to believe it due to my past experiences so I am extremely happy with my new journey. Mauy Thai. Yolo...is really good. I'm more into Sparring which he does break it up and teach technique. It's not a full blown fighting class yet but he will teach you. Mix of Muay thai kickboxing with Sparring. Have not taken Yoga due to work but this is important due to BJJ. You do get slim with yoga as it is Vinyassa making it a real calorie work out. The fact that these people offer it is a really great thing. Hoping in future they will implement Saturday Muay Thai and yoga to finish off the week.
