For the men there is a brand new sauna right in the bathroom. I don't know if the ladies get one? For the value of my money this place is awesome. Cameras litter the inside so I feel comfortable leaving my workout bag in the open. To top if off there is no disrespect at all in this place. Awesome fellow lifters and staff. Will keep coming back workout after workout. Aloha

I'm not getting up to go to a 6am class and be home to take kids to school at 7am. I can't make a 7am because I have kids to get ready. I can't make anything past 2pm cause...you guessed it, I have kids, homework, dinner, baths, etc... Thank goodness another mom is willing to provide a class I can do. Monday & Wednesday from 9:00-10:00am at TRK. No, it's not a martial arts class, although you can in the evening, but a low to mid impact fitness class with muscle building. Instructor Sifu Arnessa Iranon has tons of experience and knowledge. And she is so much fun to have instructing you. Small classes make it less intimidating but enough to meet people. Rates are $5 drop in, or $30 monthly, and there are classes offered mornings M/W, afternoons T/Th, and Saturday mornings! Definitely check it out!!!
