They are always polite. Every masseuse is nothing short of exceptional. I always received the full 90 minutes (But, I am also always on time ) I have received massages from almost every employee and they are all phenomenal! I had some that I saw regularly but never felt the need to request for them because they are ALL so incredibly talented. I wasted money for years at Massage Envy as their employees don't even compare to what the employees at PIN Thai massage can do! They don't even come close! Also, their pricing is WAY more affordable once you consider everything it includes. I work a laborious job and these people have helped me to stay healthy, decrease joint and muscular pain, my circulation is better, I breathe better, I sleep better, and I feel better overall. They are a whole body wellness consultant. As a result, they have helped me to make more money at work! While they probably can't advertise it, these people are healers! I know, because I'm living proof. I am so thankful for their services and continue to go even though I live in town now.

After seeing similar complaints in other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Would not return.

She will ask and check-in to make sure you get the most out of your visit. Because of this, I don't go to any other place for my massages. Makamae knows how to mālama (take care) and I am always very grateful. Today, my most current visit, I didn't realize how tense and knotted up I was. Makamae found these spots and targeted them for me when I asked her to. Her pressure is never an issue for me, however, I always know I can communicate a change in pressure to her if it were necessary. I always leave feeling very calm and relaxed. This time it was the same, with an addition of feeling completely renewed! Mahalo nui e Makamae!
