I had a good feeling about Mei from the beginning because when making an appointment there is a detailed questionnaire. Mei offers Tuina Chinese massage, fire cupping, and acupuncture and you can book either a 1 hour session for one side or a 2 hour session for both sides. I always book the 2 hour sessions and highly recommend it! It's well worth the price as she provides high quality care. It is clean and welcoming inside and a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs pain relief, relaxation, and/or self-care. Whether you're kama'aina or visiting, definitely book a session!

A dear friend had let me know that she had shared some experience, and that if I wanted to give it a shot I should go in and ask Antonio what he thought. After watching him work during a community acupuncture event I finally had the courage to ask for a treatment. He made me feel comfortable and at ease with my fears and assured me that we would go slow. Ever since that first treatment I have been hooked. I also highly recommend getting cupping and gua sha especially if you have chronic pain and inflammation or any issues with lymphatic drainage. Sarah, the front receptionist, is always so welcoming and friendly. She ensures a great first impression of the business and also upon leaving as well. The least pain and most effective of all treatments. I've had chiropractic care and shiatsu from high school to adulthood, physical therapy, lomi lomi, Western and Nordic massage therapy during adulthood, which in my experience, offered maximum temporary relief up to one month. Massager at home only provides temporary daily relief. I've already noticed a huge difference in my results. My continuous headaches on my forehead, tempo, and cervical neck pain completely went away after the first session. More number twos throughout day and evening. By far the most I've pooped on the toilet in a given day. Be honest and transparent with Dr. Yang if a health concern is not listed on intake form. I wrote down all my current medications on one page, my allergies and medical conditions on a second page in advance. She read everything during initial consultation, inquired where I'm experiencing the most pain, pain level, stress level, how's my sleeping, and more. She highly recommends twice a week treatment in acupuncture, gua sha and cupping, to relieve pain in cervical, mid and lower spine for now, then eventually taper off to less frequency, drink lots of water, and sleep with a lower neck pillow. I love how Dr. Yang addresses the root of concerns and issues with professional bedside manners plus warnings. Another staff, a guy also helps her with cupping. She also placed a yellow bell in my left hand and informed me to ring the bell if I'm feeling pain at anytime. I've seen younger people to elderly entering and exiting for acupuncture and cupping. Complimentary water station and restroom for clientele. Dietary and herbal supplements are available for purchase. Free parking in Pearl Kai Shopping Center. A few hours later, my Hawaiian, Chinese mom commented in person, "Wow! Look sore." I said, "Not sore." She asked to describe the feeling. Tiny sterile small needles inserted on the surface of the skin, stays in for a while, calming, relaxing. I fell asleep. Needles are removed. Clean the skin. Prepare one cup at a time with heat. Initial one to two minutes feels tighter. Feeling of cupping reminds me of a warm, moist towel over the upper back. Relaxed my body and fell asleep. Infinite thank you to Dr. Yang and the entire staff for phenomenal service. Looking forward to more traditional Chinese medicine and restorative self-care. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant people at this office. If you're looking to heal your body in a more holistic way, I would definitely recommend you come to see Dr. Annie Yang. You will definitely feel better every time you leave the clinic. Also as they say no pain no gain. Gua sha can be painful if you're not used to it and also cannot handle the pressure but I will tell you that after a few days your body will feel so much better!

It's unlike anything I have experienced with other acupuncturists and is a style that brought my decades of chronic pain from 8+/10 to 2/10, and I keep improving. The other life-changing piece was SAAT treatment got rid of my Alpha-Gal meat intolerances! I used to walk into a room and start to itch if someone had cooked bacon or beef. For SAAT, Thu Yen applied tiny needles in my ear to target Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I wore those needles for a month, and then we placed new needles to target the Alpha-Gal points in my ear. I couldn't even feel the needles and was able to comfortably side sleep and wear headphones during the lengthy SAAT treatments. It is such a relief to no longer have airborne food intolerance fear! Everyone at the clinic listens to everything happening in your body to create a plan for body and mind -- they strive to understand all of the pieces for whole body health. Red Light therapy helped my skin heal after both a surgical procedure and a chemical sensitivity allergic response that caused my skin to blister. I had no idea how helpful it would be, and I am so thankful they offered the service. Fran's style of acupuncture incorporates Hawaiian healer wisdom. She offered me ideas for nourishing foods and drinks that encouraged my body to heal and to more gently transition thru perimenopause. Acupressure-informed medical massage and cupping from Charles is awe-inspiring since he has honed his techniques into a completely unique style that worked well to calm and heal my hypersensitive body. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful to schedule appointments. Deion radiates joy and professionalism to knowledgeably explore billing options (like package deals, working with insurance, and filling out continuation of care paperwork requests for my Veteran VA Care in the Community) There is abundant parking and handicap accessibility with an elevator to their 2nd floor location above Buffalo Wild Wings. Trust your health to this clinic -- they're incredible healers and caring humans!

When I first came to her, I was dealing with constant neck and left shoulder pain, sciatica that would flare unpredictably, and lingering back pain that made long days of studying and working really difficult. Over time, her treatments have helped ease that tension in ways I didn't think were possible. After each session, I feel lighter--like my body can finally exhale. What I appreciate most about her is how deeply she listens. She doesn't just ask where it hurts and move on. She takes the time to understand what I'm feeling, how long it's been happening, and what might be contributing to it. There's something incredibly grounding about being heard that way. I never feel rushed, and I never feel dismissed. She creates a space that feels safe and calm, which already starts the healing process before the treatment even begins because my pain is validated and she listens intently. She takes time in understanding the cause and effects of the pain I suffer. She also explains everything. She'll tell me which auricular points she's working on, how they connect to my neck, shoulder, sciatic nerve, or lower back, and what I might expect to feel. That transparency makes such a difference. It helps me feel involved in my own healing and puts me completely at ease. Even when I'm anxious or in a lot of pain, her gentle presence and clear explanations make me feel supported. If you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or nerve-related discomfort, I truly recommend seeing Doc. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. I've trusted her with my care since 2023 and I get treated by her almost every week, and I'm so thankful for the relief and comfort she's helped bring into my life.
