I don't know if he's lazy, dumb, or both, but the service manual tells how to fix this. A few taps with a hammer and the addition of some oil got everything working. Every other Bernina shop my mom has brought this machine to has returned it to her in good-as-new condition. Fashion Fabrics is, IMO, the worst place to take a Bernina. Sew Suite in Summerville is worth the drive.

They have some great upholstery fabric a decent pricing and include many nautical choice which is smart for.the area. I was hunting special colors to complete a project in the works and one of the daughters pointed out several options. While none were the right color, I was able to score sone perfect fabric for some cloth napkins and the back of a table runner I am completing as well. And it was on the sale wall. Sweet! I spent a long time there looking at their many samples to find a fabric suitable for the cushions in my sunroom. I truly appreciated that I was allowed to examine all of their samples without interference and without feeling impelled to make a hasty choice, and when I did ask questions, there were staff standing by to help. After narrowing my list down, they allowed me to take home several samples for consideration. Everyone seemed determined that I make the best choice regarding what I needed. It was, as before, a pleasure to do business with them.
