The chef recommendations we had were all nice, including the tuna and swordfish carpaccio and the different seafood entrees we chose. The pizza was also very nice. Some of the staff were friendly and more attentive than others. We understood that we went on a busy night, but two tables who were seated quite a while after us both got their meals a long time before we did. Our appetisers took 70 minutes and our entrees took about 85 minutes to arrive. We asked about the food about an hour in and were told "it's very busy, you need to be patient". Only when we pointed out about the other two tables having eaten did our food arrive. BEWARE; they charge €6.50 for tap water! We questioned it and the woman said "it's not like America, it's normal here". Firstly, we are English and French, not American. Secondly it was our third night in Germany and our seventh time dining out and this was the ONLY place that charged for tap water! The food is also more expensive than anywhere else we ate at in Fussën. Good food but poor service from some of the staff. We went for dessert elsewhere.

This place was GREAT!!…read more Staff were all so kind and welcoming. They helped us select a great local wine and assisted in selecting our pizzas. We had the Burratina Tricolore starter which was very fresh and tasty. For pizzas we had the Due Sicilie and the Dolce Vita - sauce was very good, crust was thin and delicious, and the veggies were all fresh. They also gave us a side dish... which I believe was Buschette ..it had pickled onions which were REALLY DELISH!! This place is very small ....so be sure to make a reservation! Would I go back? Yes!

The spaghetti carbonara was bland and had only a few small pieces of pancetta, the noodles in the spaghetti Aglio E Olio were rock hard (not Al dente). The spaghetti Bolognese was good, but not great. The worst part was that we ordered a bottle of still water for the table, which came in an unsealed bottle that looked reused and appeared to have mold spots inside. I'm fairly certain it was tap water in a reused bottle yet they charged 4 Euro as if it was not. I have no idea how this restaurant has such a great rating. It is definitely not deserved, based on our experience.
